Me and Jem are planning our trip to Philly for next week. Are there any nifty things that the generic tourist guides would miss that we should check out? I'm really excited to check out the food scene there as I hear its up and coming....any fantabulous eateries we should know about?

Let's see a few questions regarding the food. Price range and type to start. Also where are you going to be in center city?

The Mutter Museum is really not well known about but really cool. It's a museum of medical oddities.

I love walking through the reading terminal

The Flower show is going on that's usually amazing

Then the usual torist stuff:
Liberty bell (in the new independence center thing)
Art Museum, Franklin Institue, Rodin Museum, The Mesonic Temple (might be closed for renovations), and Penn's landing etc.

Well if you tell me where you are going I might come up with more. As well as some good eats places.

I think there are some exploration badges and some plaques to read for history badges but I forget where they are.
