I understand that, but the issue with any remotely hot real world topic like this, is that it's going to attract politically charged opinion, and beyond, really quick. It's a magnet for it. Not everyone will get the reference, and then you have a mess.

Way to derail a simple question thread by placing a dead horse on the tracks.
-
We don't know when they're going to put anything back in.
-
It's impossible to edit DC arcs as far as I know.
-
The solution is to nerf SS as it rightly deserves, then it will be ok to port over to Scrappers.
-
That's the POINT, moving them out of the starter zones You aren't going to get rid of them, but forcing a move would be very nice.
-
Not really, it would just resurrect bridges, which actually allow for even faster XP gain.

Well this isn't the mission feedback thread (that got buried long ago) but thank you so much I genuinely appreciate the feedback. It was a lot of fun to read, I'm really happy you enjoyed yourself
As for the third mission, I had to use as small a map as I could find that would still spawn the objectives. I had a lot of issues getting the objectives to spawn properly on other maps.
As for the threat, there's the clue in mission 2 that speaks of the ritual initially, and Aisynia speaks to you afterwards and more or less states that it could wipe out the city. I will recheck to make sure it's absolutely clear though. There's SO much text and story here, it's pretty easy to miss a couple thing. I will make sure though.

What I get from all this is discrimination. Non-farmers want to get rid of all the farmers because of jealousy and other reasons.

Throwing the word "discrimination" around in reference to a video game. *shakes head*
I am sure discriminatin' them farmers, what with killing thousands of Comm Officers every day with my Elec/Shield Brute. o.0
No, I don't have any problem with farmers or farming IN GENERAL. However... I don't want BRAND NEW players on their level 1 characters, stepping into the game, and seeing farms as the only (or most visible) teaming available, and then assuming that that is what the entire game is about. It's not being dumb on their part. It's an MMO, they log in, they wanna team with others, and wham, level 50 noob. Taking the AE out of the noob zones (Atlas, Galaxy, Mercy), would at least delay this. You wanna do actual MA content on your level 1? Thank the farmers who took up residence in the noob zones. I love farming, but it's irresponsible to have this in the noob zones. They aren't going to move on their own, and it isn't going away. It wasn't that bad in PI/GV, since most people went there were already high enough to understand what they were doing, but now it's the polar opposite..
This at a time they are marketing the hell out of this game. We are seeing a population boom (how much of it is reactivation, week, I don't know), and people are going to get the wrong damned impression.
I thought this suggestion was enough of a no brainer that I wouldn't need to [censored] spell it out for you.
In the long run, THIS IS BAD FOR THE GAME. PERIOD. -

/unsigned. I stick to Atlas because AE building and Wentworth's are right next to each other. Also it's really a pointless idea.

Not really. -

This last part wasn't really needed.

Oh, but it was so cute!
As for the rest, I don't know. I like to keep my suggestions simple, and for now, I think removing them from starter zones would be a good start. I think putting them in nearly ever zone was certainly a mistake, but it seems a bit late to rethink the design concept, remove them all, and create new zones for them (even the recycled instanced, city zones used in missions). -
So the brand new players are not immediately inundated by it and indoctrinated as a farmer generation? We're already seeing level 50 AE noobs, at least if we give them a few levels of normal content, they might give that a shot too.
Duh. Hello? McFly!? -

I really like that voice. Any possibility of getting her to do some VO work for me?
[/ QUOTE ]
Sorry, I missed this before.
She's a friend, that's why she did it for me (and she DOES have an excellent voice, pretty good voice actress), but she's doing an Oblivion mod with something like 3,000 lines right now 0.0 -

If you're gonna one star my thread, at least have the nuts to come by and say why. -

Qr LOL I wasn't even needing to use it to define sth as not wearing any clothes. 'with the naked eye' was the offinding sentence.
It's like living in Stalinist Russia, playing this game! [totally joking there]

I had the exact same phrase, "to the naked eye".
I had to change it to "to the untrained eye", which thankfully made sense, given it is a reference to a giant, evil, invisible tower outside the city that you have to be magically inclined to see (check my sig for video). -
Yeah I had to, and yeah I used untrained... but untrained assumes more than naked, and I wanted my arc to make as few assumptions as possible.
-
My friend just told me. It's the word naked. I'm pissed, that is so [censored] stupid.
"Invisible to the naked eye" Is obviously a euphemism for hot orgies! Am I right!? -
Unable to publish arc.: The field ContactIntro contains profane or copyright text
So my friend tells me she can't play my newest arc (in my sig). I go and look, I don't see any errors in the MA interface, no orange "!"s or anything. When I try to publish though, it gives me the above. It was already published, has been for days.
I'm gonna be frank (directed at the interface, not you):
WHAT THE [censored] IS GOING ON HERE?!
Any replies are appreciated! -
Explains why I don't get it. I move with arrow keys and click powers.

I get a lot of 5 stars on my stuff, but hardly any feedback. I love getting rated 5 stars, but I really enjoy talking to people about it, it helps me improve the arc. Cavatina up there has done an amazing job in helping me improve the Tannhauser Gate.

I use clues a LOT. A LOT LOT.
I generally try to sum up the general idea in the mission complete return dialogue, but for the real, nitty gritty details, the clues HAVE to be read. On my Arc "The Wretch's Gift", I tell people up front they need to read them to get a good understanding of the story, as Wretch isn't known for his public speaking
