The main thing that makes a Tokusatsu TV Show is transforming heroes. Magical Girls are normal girls who transform into heroes. -

You could also go for softcapped defenses backed up by good resistances. It works well enough for me that I decided not to change to perma-Light.

What do you need Hasten for? It isn't permanent, Farsight doesn't need it, and Chrono Shift is nowhere near permanent with it. What else needs the extra recharge?
Also, you're more than softcapped to S/L with just Frozen Armor and Farsight, which doesn't need the Recharge IO, so you don't need Weave except for the LotG, which Farsight also doesn't need. Edit: Farsight doesn't need any of the LotGs. -

Two things that stand out: Hasten isn't permanent, and you have one too many LotGs.

Relax. I also use 1600x900 and it worked fine for me. There's no reason to start pointing fingers.

I've flirted with the magical girl concept on a few of my characters, but only have one near the "standard". The main difference is that she's a somewhat reformed delinquent, and still prefers to subdue evil with direct applications of her sceptre rather than using it for magic. As a Bane archetype, she can do either. And since you opened the door to pictures, here:
By the way, are those Barbarian armlets on yours? I thought we didn't have those as an option for females. -

Soft-capped WP would be pretty hilarious despite being impractical. But your goal for WP shouldn't be soft-cap anyway. Among other things, it doesn't need it. You'd get more mileage out of adding a few Kinetic Combat sets and getting S/L DEF up to around 25-30%.
