nothing against the guys i've teamed with over the last couple of times as they have a gr8 attitude along with the majority of guys there on monday night

to be fair defiant havent fielded an actual team for monday nights in ages and have only done so once or twice, we usually team up together against vigilance these days anyway

i think they're doing a gr8 job, its not their fault so many ppl didnt turn up and considering theyre doing this without any gain for themselves i think they will deserve many beers at the end

regen scrappers are prob easiest to solo with as u dont have end or health problems

I made a point of insisting any subs we had/fought made their sets common knowledge before agreeing to start the fight.

A bit unfair in that all powersets had to be publicly declared on sign up for a sub to then come in and refuse to say what they were.

I know it's a reasonably minor point but the choice of sub in one of my matches forced me to completely dump my insp tray, replace them and come up with new tactics.

Maybe me over-reacting but given efforts have been made to make the playing field as level as possible, I'd have refused to start the match and spoken with the judge beforehand as insp planning and discussion of tactics beforehand was pretty much key in both my matches.

Also completely defeats the friendly and open manner it should have been fought in

Concealment is almost pointless unless you're at full range because Tactics, Focussed Accuracy et al makes you a sitting duck.

Phase Shift likewise as the four second activation means you can only really use it when your death is telegraphed.

Some funny randoms there...one match I'm allied with one person and against another and in the second they switch. Fighting against or teaming with an Ice/Ice blaster though will be fun. Cause they are great except against ice tanks with maxed out res and some def . Also you can't argue with having any controller on your team.

Shame though we are going to do this before the free respec. Hopefully by gimped out build will get me through with enough lives to that date.
