The spawn sizes need to be big enough to be 'worth' enough 'points' to spawn bosses.
-
Tell the fortunata that you want bosses. Then increase the spawn size. Level of enemies doesn't matter.

Any help greatly appreciated!

That's how ignore works on a forum. Have you never ignored someone on a forum before? That's just how it works.

Quote:Grounded only provides knockback protection. It does not provide knockback RESISTANCE.
The status protection toggles and clickies also provide knockback RESISTANCE, which is why ten points is plenty. Having a zillion percent of KB resistance turns anything into knockdown, which 10 points covers EASILY (knockdown is knockback of mag ~.75 or less)Quote:Ok, here's another one for you. If i am understanding what you are saying you are implying that Unyielding provides "Knockup" resistance. I am looking at my invuln now, There is no status effect Resistance that = Knockup RESISTANCE. Therfore it wouldn't matter. The whole subject I am referring to is Knockback "PROTECTION".
Unyileding provides Ten (10) points of Status Effect "PROTECTION", not resistance.
KB Protection is what I am talking about, and neither shows KB "RESISTANCE" in any of the real numbers I am currently able to access or view.
Regarding yellow text: Hysterical what you presume I'm talking about AFTER I've said exactly what I'm talking about. Where did I mention knockup? What would I care about knockup when you're writing a thread about getting knocked DOWN by Recluse?
Quote:Apparently you are saying that there is a difference between "protection" and "resistance". If so, howcome NCSoft doesn't post them in the Real Time numbers that we pull up in the characters. Furthermore, why do KB Protection IO's only come in the form of "Protection" not "Resistance" so you can choose between the two?
The KB IOs only come in protection because they're not supposed to be "I win" buttons. They're supposed to be conveniences. You're not supposed to become immune to stuff -- that's also why all of the other status effect set bonuses and special IOs are resistance rather than protection. Inventions are not supposed to give you "I win" buttons; they're supposed to make your character more rounded, a little better to play, more powerful. -
Who the hell is complaining about Going Rogue? I have never seen a single complaint about the game offering "the other side" (other than "it homogenizes the game", but they complain about Powerset Proliferation with the same comment, so I don't care about that).
You must play with some weird people. -
Grounded only provides knockback protection. It does not provide knockback RESISTANCE.
The status protection toggles and clickies also provide knockback RESISTANCE, which is why ten points is plenty. Having a zillion percent of KB resistance turns anything into knockdown, which 10 points covers EASILY (knockdown is knockback of mag ~.75 or less).
Unyielding from Invulnerability:
* RES(Knockback, Knockup, Repel) +10000%
* -10 Knockback, Knockup, Repel
* RES(Smashing, Lethal) +5%
* RES(Fire, Cold, Energy, Negative, Toxic) +10%
* -12.975 Stun, Held, Sleep, Immobilize
Grounded from Electric Armor (brute version; Red Tomax hasn't been updated with I16 proliferations):
* RES(Energy) +9.375%
* RES(Negative) +7.5%
* RES(Endurance) +69.2%
* -15.578 Knockback, Knockup
* -6 Immobilize
************
Slotting Grounded for resistance only increases the Energy and Negative Energy resistance values.

Regarding LR and the weird KB protection debuffing possibility, I have nothing to say. I have no idea on that one. -

Quote:Wow, Agge made it into the calendar? That's awesome, I thought there were many many characters you've done who look way cooler than she does that should have made it in!also I made myself a little calendar :P can't wait for it to arrive!
Also, don't take this down... I want to get one! But I am out of funds for at least two weeks. ;-; -
Oh, I must have skipped that part (I don't know how, it's the main point behind the post, duh)... I blame the vicodin.

You can also burn your directory onto a DVD or several CDs (the piggs folder alone is almost 3GB) and just copy it onto the new computer from the media. You'll have to do some finagling to "install" it (copy CohUpdater.exe to your desktop, run THAT copy, and tell it to install into your INSTALLATION directory), but you won't have to download anything.
Somebody has a guide to doing this, but I'm too lazy to look for it and someone else will come along with a link anyway! -
There's a similar error in the Windows client if you're trying to install the game from the installation directory. I have no idea how to bypass that in the mac, but to get around it in Windows, you copy the CohUpdater.exe to a separate folder and run THAT copy, and tell it to install into the installation directory.
I have no idea if the process would be similar on a Mac. -
Well, three and a half days, but who's counting? *wonders if a week is enough prior notice to take a day or two off work...*

Quote:Okie dokie, then you can get the same results from bindfiles and two key presses:Preceding "+$$...." doesn't delay the commands, but make the whole string run on keypress, and then again on keyrelease. The reason it works for "powexec.." strings is because of the nature of those commands (and even then, if you hold the key long enough fo the power to recharge, it'll go off again when you finally release).
Anything else, it doesn't really work the way you might think. As soon as it runs the string once, it'd crash just the same as before.. before you even got a chance to release the key.
quit1.txt (for this example, located in c:\binds\)Quote:p buycoh$$bindloadfile c:\binds\quit2.txt Quote:p dialogyes$$bindloadfile c:\binds\quit1.txt
Then ingame:
/bindloadfile c:\binds\quit2.txt
OR you can do it on two keys:
/bind o buycoh
/bind p dialogyes
-- hit o, then hit p. -
Try instead:
/bind <key> "+ $$buycoh$$dialogyes"
I haven't tested it, but in theory, it'd bring up /buycoh on keydown, then select /dialogyes on keyup. Don't press the key too fast or it'll muck up. -
I have been known to pull the smaller longbows up to Agincourt by kiting. They count if you kill them there even if they aren't spawned at Agincourt. It takes a lot of patience (and probably a few times when they de-aggro and run back) but it works.

Please post these logs in the Technical Issues and Bugs forum. You will get more help there.
-
Please go to the Tech Issues forum and make a new post about your issues there. This forum is for general help with the game, not technical stuff. Most posters here are glad to help, but can't go very far with the tech stuff.
When you make your post in Tech Issues, please include copy-pasted logs of CoHHelper and HiJackThis.
EDIT: Don't bother with dxdiag as the poster above me mentions. The CoHHelper gives us only the pertinent information from dxdiag, plus information about your CoH install, and that's all we need to know. The full dxdiag log is mostly filled with useless information.
