Mac Question (wrong place i know)

So yeah, I posted this in the mac forums but its a ghost town there half the time. I figured I'd get more views and prolly more help going here also. I posted the following:

Hey all, so yeah. I just got a message popup thingy that I've gotten before. Where when i try and run City of Heroes, usually when I need to download an update. It says:

Error opening file CohUpdater.new

You may be out of disk space or you may be trying to install to a location where you have insufficient permissions.

Now I've gotten this before. However, I can't remember what I did to fix it. Anyone? I mean I'm going to go see what room I can make now, my computer is a bit full. But I should have room.

There's a similar error in the Windows client if you're trying to install the game from the installation directory. I have no idea how to bypass that in the mac, but to get around it in Windows, you copy the CohUpdater.exe to a separate folder and run THAT copy, and tell it to install into the installation directory.

I have no idea if the process would be similar on a Mac.

Well... My reply to your reply would go as follows:

If you go to the Mac Users section of the forum under Player Help, youll notice that my post with the same wording has no replies, and very little views. As with here, I have found the answer I need from a non mac user. Not to mention the title of my thread: Mac Question (wrong place i know).
