Holy SUH-WEET!
Those are actually excellent! Gideon F: Superior. -
Quote:KSSSSSSSSSsshheeeee....The one that irritates me is that pedestrians still push half a ton of granite around on the street, shouldn't happen.
As for the +jump speed, it's a problem with falling in general. I don't see why you should fall faster because you've got hurdle.
Pedestrians...

Blasters;
Quote:Thats the official description. See how it never says anywhere that the Blaster must be at range? Thats because it doesnt matter; Blasters are purely about damage, at the cost of any shields. They simply use more damage to kill stuff faster. The Blaster is an offensive juggernaut. This hero can deal a ton of damage from either a distance or up-close, but he must be careful because he's somewhat fragile compared to other heroes. The Blaster can't stand toe to toe with most opponents for long. His best defense is a great offense!

Quote:I dunno, something about their legs just seems off. Liberty in particular. She seems kinda dumpy for some reason? Either her arms seem too long, or her legs are too short. They look a little like their top and bottom halves are on seperate scales from one another. They're the same proportioned models as I use for all my pictures - so it's either the camera angle, or the fact that he's the only one not wearing heels

Again, I couldn't tell without actually looking at the rig though. -
Here we go, PM'd Castle.

Trying to remember what it was that was said about Stone Armour. I destinctly remember you saying something along the lines of "It's unbalanced for 31 levels and overpowered for 18."
Or am I going mad(er)?

Quote:Energy ManipulationFinally - Manipulation sets are designed to keep the Blaster OUT of melee combat, not to encourage getting into it. I'd be really surprised if the Devs make a new Manipulation set that has more than 2 melee attacks, and maybe a PBAoE.
Fire Manipulation
Sorry, what was your arguement again? -

Quote:*Sigh*Woah woah woah. Link or it never happened.
Nothing against you, Tincan, I've just seen too many "quotes" that have been quoted from a paraphrase of a secondhand quote.
Where's that bloody thread gone..?
*Starts digging*
Edit: Someones going to have to help me out here. I remember reading the damn thread, I just can't remember wether it was open discussion or in one of the Beta forums. -
Quote:No, the EU Servers, that is the actual hunks of circuitry and metal, or at least the data on them, were moved to the US. A physical move.I thought I just read something here in the forums not too many days ago about the possibility of the EU servers either being merged or moved over to the NA side of things. Might be worth investigating that before anyone commits to begin playing on the EU servers right now.
An EU-US Server LIST would mean ALL the servers were on the same list, which would be a good thing. As of yet, there is no news of that being possible, although its hoped for.
Actual Server Mergers are not happening. Because they are a really ****ing bad idea. End of.
Tl;dr
Theres nothing wrong with the EU servers. But the NCSoft site is still a pile of shite. -
Quote:Then, as Omy mentioned, he should have mentioned this rather than lambasting everyone with type-based arrogance.Techbot, Jaijot's contention is that this plotline is not to take place in the USA, but somewhere else in the world (presumably a country where English is not the first language, since all of the countries I can think of where it is the first language would suffer basically the same problem as the USA).
I have no interest in the plot, mostly due to a certainty it will be no fun for me or my characters.
And I have yet to see these 'lots of people who agree' either. -
I lol'd

Ever since Hover got buffed, I've loved it more and more. It used to be something I switched off out of combat, using it only for fights with squishies and such.
Now? Alpha barely leaves hover. My PB rarely leaves Combat Flight. My Fire/Fire blaster is literal death from above.
I love Hover! -
Quote:Hmmm, I sure do love that smell of hypocrisy.I'm a perfectionist. I have multiple awards in web designing, screenwriting and roleplaying game designing. In all the fields of my interest, I create masterpieces. This is mostly because I do, whatever it is I do, I always do it properly. I do background checks, I research and I perfect whatever I do, before giving it to audience.

I mean, heck, if Castle himself said that (paraphrase) "Stone armour is 31 levels of underpowered and 18 levels of overpowered," then surely it screams out for a looking at?
-
I'd rather the day/night cycle wasnt so damn short. And was, y'know, synched across the city or something?
That's a real pain... -
Quote:Opposites attract. That's actual scienceAnd yes, Psyche knows. One of the most powerful psychics on the planet. And she loves him (God only knows why, the two always struck me as oil and water), so she accepts it. Maybe she fell back on that fallacy of "I can change him".
-
Quote:I may have to read the books at some point, or at least more of the CoXverse fiction. This brings us back to the original question:
Does he keep it secret from Sister Psyche?
NO.
Does she care about it enough to break up their relationship?
No.
The source of this evidence?
Their wedding vows.
So, yeah. I say thats pretty much /thread, here. -
Quote:Exactly. If she's gonna take down Manticore for Wyvern, then she's got to also take down Ms Liberty for Longbow, and probably also Lady Gray for Vanguard.
I mean, hello? Longbow use flamethrowers. It's pretty hard to get any more lethal. Do they still use 'em? You bet! -
-
Just because it says he sometimes uses lethal force, doesn't mean he kills every street thug he ever puts away.
Theres a difference between using a Stun arrow on a Hellion and slamming them in jail and rehab, and putting a bodkin arrow through the throat of a 5th Column Ubermench Oberst who is looking to detonate a bomb that would bring an entire city zone crashing down, for example.
Yes, he uses lethal force. It doesn't say anywhere that he uses it all the time. -
Whatever else happens, Rooted has to change. The simple godawfulness of it puts me off Stone completely. It is the one and only set that I will not touch with a galactic barge pole. I know I'm not the only one.

Will be busy today, so no more arts for now. Will finish the rest of the sketches up in the latter half of this week, however.
