I often crawl around the US Forums, they have a Supergroup section and we don't - So i thought i'd use the Defiant section to so some advertising about the Supergroup, me, and the close friend who helps run it =]

Who are we?

The Insane Asylum! A bunch of clinically insane pirates with a love for kettles

What do we stand for?

We stand for good, honest teamplay with supergroup Teams, TF's [Including respec TF often] and projects when we can

We are aimed at all levels, but we often enjoy helping the lower and newer players of the game when starting CoH

Remembering how hard it was for us when we first started CoH, some of the benifits we provide to our members are as followed,

Build Guides/Advice We use both SherkSilver for simple builds and MidsHero builder for creating modest to extreme builds for members of our SG, we can send the file - along with the program through MSN or Skype, with the comfort of knowing all program files sent in such a manner have been scanned with Iolo[TM] Antivirus.

Influence Once we have helped you along with your build, and explain choices we'll help you with influence towards the build we created for your character, or even supply the inf in full.

Generally, this is what members recieve as they progress in the SG

12+ - 500,000 influence for lvl 15 DO's
17+ Same amount of influence, for lvl 20 DO's
22+ - 2 Million influence for 25 SO's
27+ Another 2 Million or so for lvl 30 SO's
32+, 37+, Roughly the same amount - Members who stay in supergroup mode past lvl 30 will recieve more support in influence as a reward, help us to help you!

TIFGA - The Insane Friday Give Away, - Each Friday we give away 5-10 MILLION influence over 5 level groups of characters in our SG who have been working the hardest [More on SG website, link later in thread]

You spent 400,000,000 inf On your dream build

I spent 1000 inf on 20 inspirations and totally wipe you before running like a coward on the event my inspirations are running out

Makes your inf spent seem kinda...wasted =P

Suggestion...

For a better, all round character

Mix N' Match Sets - You can get something like...

[For melee]

Accuracy: 94.69%
Damage: 95.22%
End Discount: 95.69%
Recharge: 79.23%

To me, thats better than spending 400Million inf on io's just to have some guy [Namely me] come up and 2-3 shot you with 200 influence worth of inspirations used in a healthy mouthful of insp crunching goodness

SRM, a little point against what you said, well constructive critisism [spelling?]

Get all the healage you can if your going to go into pvp

Hoarfrost
Hibernate
Medicine

Defense kinda fails in PvP - mainly villains though, and depending on the amount of Purple IO's the person your fighting has farmed for

Hibernate can seem an awfully long way away if you have 2 brutes wailing on you, hoarfrost helps - but aid self is a nice little boost =]

I'd personally drop tough + weave for a PvP build n get aid other [high heal on tank] aid self and then hasten [if you dont already have it]

If your low on slots..

Dont slot swift - ever infact [Unless your a granite tank]
Dont slot your travel power [ONE extra slot in fly if you have to]
dont have 3 end reduct in your shields, 2 is optimum
dont slot aid other

If you team a Fire/Fire blaster with a Fre/Kin controller, teh blaster will pack out a hell of a lot more dmg ;-)

The best thing to solo AV's/Hero's and GM's is Bots/Traps - Read through the US forums, and look at the build itself

If i see you in a PvP zone, and you are the opposition i shall do everything in my power to make sure you die as many times as possible, i enter PvP zones to wipe other heroes, don't go there if you dont want to be attacked ;-)

As the orange haze from urban city street lights creeps its way into my eyes, i arise in a burnt, smoking room
to find the horror of my co-workers lying dead on the floor, whats left of them that is... they all look the same, black charred skin, lifeless on the floor.
I'm violently sick, how could such a disgusting thing ever happen?

How did i survive?

As i look around i see nothing but broken glass, chemical bottles smashed and burnt everywhere, the lab is devastated.
I'm a little worse for wear but apart from some cuts caused by shards of glass i seem to be...ok.
As i rise to my feet to look around the room, i am overcome by a wave of nausea,
'Plasmatic Mutagent Gemone' The last thing i see on the label a bottle lying near the old lab before i fall to the scorched ground and pass out.

I wake up in Paragon City hospital, im told that ive been...mutated. At first i felt like crying in despair, why me? Mutated how, whats different? I look
all the same, but strangely it felt good, the power, my sadness of my co-workers turned into rage, i felt my hands searing with heat,
everything around me starts to smolder and melt, what is happening to me!? The nurse at my bedside runs out screaming for someone to come and help,
im getting really scared now, WHAT IS GOING ON!! Everyone is shouting and screaming, the noise of it all is deafening me, the fire alarms start
to go off, how am i causing this? This just isnt possible... My hands start to burst into small intense flames, i had to get outside, now!!

As im running to the exit im just getting hotter and hotter, hopefully the dark night sky can hide me from everyone else, im blazing,
as the fleeting image of people running away from the hospital scatters across my eyes, i erupt in a huge inferno, fire obliterates everything around me,
cars, benches, trees, grass, railings.

I collapse on the ground with sheer exhaustion, the sound of police and fier engines are the last thing i hear
along with embers and flames rain from the night sky hissing as they hit the frigid damp ground.

My new life has just started.

Man....I forgot toggle drops even existed since the nerf
