Earth > Mind when it comes to stalkers, mind only has levitate..and that's pretty much it. Earth trollers give me hell on my stalker...mind is pretty easy to kill...earth on the other hand.

Well first of all, both ATs are squishy and hero side simply has most burst damage in game (see blasters). Should i remind you on emp+blaster combos in the past? We knew what happend before, corrs would come, get farmed and stalkers would do their thing except running with phase and not hiber. The reason you see only corrs and stalkers here is not because of phase like powers alone but rather travel supression. You can't escape spike anymore really so only what left is phase or hiber or both. I think travel supression is rather bad for melee ATs now but it is just my opinion.

this sounds like fight club rules...i am sorry to tell you but not everyone got great defense, resistance and enormous amount of HP (not to mention dmg nowdays) like tanks. I am pretty sure that if corr gets attacked by 2 and tank gets attacked by 2 the tanker has much better chance to get away or actually kill the attackers. Inspirations are made to be used, same with phase, besides devs already allowed you to attack phased player, go get warburg temp and stop complaining. This both things were used since pvp was introduced, would be time to get used to it no?
On last note, i sure don't like new pvp at all, some changes weren't bad but whole system was just bad implemented. And i agree i would rather roll back to old pvp but since it won't happen maybe we should work on fixing what we have atm.

I'm in the process of looking for a house in Virgina, so i won't be able to play again till i get moved into a house....i'm having no luck either, so might be awhile. Besides i needed a break anyway. Killing the same people over and over in RV gets old. Oh yea if i help them..it gives me more of a challenge on my stalker lol.

Blasters give problems to any corr.
It is probably the only heroes' class u can't win at same skill level.
But now point is, why fire? If u are making apvp toon why not rad or sonic?

Fire does more dps then sonic and rad on corrupter. You will kill your target faster. -
if a stalker stands still next you they are either bad or about to AS you...and by the time you notice them ASing your probally too late.

MM pets aren't subject to DR or heal decay. Even with no base resistances and DR curves identical to other low-HP ATs, a Mastermind is still incredibly tough in PvP. The main reason you don't get base resists in PvP is because they expect you to be in bodyguard mode, which is equivalent to more resists than even a squishy gets.

I see Dev blasters doing some evil stuff in Sirens and BB, but RV I don't even see Dev blasters. I have always been afraid to make them because of the lack of BU :/

Those were Freedom guys...i cant speak for the other servers. I know liberty also has a stalker named GRRRRRRR, which is really talented as well.

You cant win one v. one, just depend on ganks to get your kills your no real good... you should zip it. I duel on my stalk at any level against most comers not to say a tank at 50 has nearly a k more hp will be easy. And fyi I dont have Sj, another problem with the stalks I see is the idea they have to take all these travels...seems a waste.

Damn i don't even know where to start. First off dueling on a stalker is just stupid, FITECLUB MOAR PLZ as barrier would say. And the difference between lol SC and RV is crazy. Most heroes have res shields, and by that time Storm/Earth trollers/Bubblers, have ALL of there disruption powers. Getting a AS off in SC is way easier then arena and RV. I doubt you even rely on your AS..your probaly like 99 and play stalker like a scrapper, which will get you wrecked in RV. You can get away with it SC but not RV. Another difference is the skill lvl on blue side. Most of the skilled players play in RV/arena, don't get me wrong there are alot of downy kids too. But most of the guys i know that are skilled don't go in SC too often. But yea, the "Big Boys" do play mostly in arena and RV. -
Invul is the best pvp brute for taunting....3000 HP is hawt, and it has great res. You also get repel resist which is always a plus.

Def may have taken a hit, but it is not entirely useless either. i recently finished leveling up my em/sr brute, spent about 200 mill on him and he is a beast. in RV my def are roughly as follows:
Ranged - 43%
Melee - 39%
AoE - 42%
When i would fightklub with him, i would constantly have people sending me tells saying "gj, man that dude is hard as hell to kill/hit"
so in all honesty, def based toons can still be good.
oh, and the same goes for my fort...still pretty much unstoppable in RV, not as easy as before, but still not a whole lot to worry about either.

The only forts i see in RV nowadays are face down.....sonic blasters take their lunch money and spend it in front of them, and with all the downy broadsword scrappers around debuffing your already meh defense....everything will hit you. Only things brutes have going for them right now is taunt..there dmg is not that great cause fury still sucks [censored] in PvP (when will this get fixed). But as it stands right now in PvP Taunt > Buffers. Kind of crazy..but it's the truth. SR Brutes really don't make good taunt bots...they were awesome when defense rocked...but now not so much. -

That was not in any order, i just put the names as they came to me lol. It's kinda of like saying Barry Sanders was better then Walter Payton, Barry was better at certain thing then payton...and payton was better a some thing then barry. It's hard to say who's the best. Certain situations make certain people better. Cyclo use to be good when he actually played.....hes not on much any more.
