Well, normally I don't post builds even though I tinker a lot lately... but this one inspired me.
I took your build, Finduilas, and tweaked it a bit for my Invuln/SS Tanker... then retro'd it to an Invuln/EM build.
You can switch out unstoppable for Hasten, but I prefer Unstop for those rare times it's necessary.
It's a Post I19 build, so Stamina slots are in rest for 3-slotted Performance Shifter (with the Proc). With that and a Miracle Proc in Health, it should be about 2.3 Recovery per second Net.
With some minor tweaks I got it to soft-cap on all Typed Defense, except Psi of course.
I got roughly the same capped numbers for the SS Tanker as well.

You should be trying to Soft Cap your S/L Defense first, then E/N, then whatever F/C you can get. Reactive Armor's, Smashing Haymakers, Kinetic Melee's, etc.
I did a SS/Invul Brute build with Soft Capped S/L Defense and over 25% to the rest of the positionals. Also has 70% S/L Resistance. I didn't use purples.
4 Kinetic Melee sets. 3 Titanuim Coating sets. 1 Gaussian set. Mocking Beratement (Mostly for the recharge because Perfect Zinger has better S/L numbers). 1 Obliteration set. This is with Tough/Weave, plus Combat Jumping. It can be done with Reactive Armor sets and Smashing Haymaker's Depending on your budget. Call me Awesome has a great guide to Invuln and reaching the Soft Cap.

Many of these buildings, especially the century+ old ones, were not built or designed with these sort of hazards in mind.
Either way, all I know is... I'm used to Hurricanes and massive snow storms, this Tornado thing is outrageous. Not something I want to get used to.
The damage in such a short amount of time was awe inspiring to say the least. And the sheer amount of rain dropped in twenty five minutes was ridiculous. -
Second one we've had in three years. Lots of trees down, lots of houses damaged. No such thing as global warming or dangerous weather patterns!

Ran both old arcs and the last two finally counted, although in a weird way. It wasn't Nightstar and Seige, or Bobcat and Battle maiden (which were the two that weren't counting for me)... it was Diabolique and Infernal that counted (even though I've done them both more than once).
Either way, doing the two old arcs through Ouroboros fixed it for me. -

They are the only two I need to get this particular Accolade.
It could be something to do with the new models... not sure though.

This is the best thread ever!
I don't feel so alone-ish anymore, even though as was stated previously, my mental age keeps me hopping along with the "younger" crowd.
I'll be 39 this year and most of the people I play with are in their 20's, so I was, in the beginning at least, feeling like the old man on the lawn at times.
This game does have the feel to me as if it was made by people of my generation and is sort of geared towards us in a way. Makes it feel home-y. Probably why I likes it so much. =P
