New prizes have been graciously added by Paragon Studios! Each server winner (4 winners per server) will receive the costume code of his or her choice from the list above. Each winner who is crowned Mr. or Ms. Paragon City or Rogue Isles will win 2 costume codes and a Hero Con exclusive Fifth Anniversary City of Heroes T-shirt (in addition to the code from winning the server).
Final Prize Tally
Server Winners- Six month title of Mr. or Ms. Paragon City or Rogue Isles Infinity and one costume code of choice.
Final Winners- One year title of Mr. or Ms. Paragon City or Rogue Isles and three total costume codes of choice and the Hero Con exclusive Fifth Anniversary City of Heroes T-shirt.

Clearly, I need to keep abreast of the Forums outside of the AE Anonymous thread. I stumbled onto the contest entirely by accident. It was, however, a fortuitous accident, as Mr Wentworth was also in attendence, and together with the help of HeadCutter and the Infinity Community, we helped to push donations to realworldhero.com over $8K tonight, passing WoW for most charitable MMO RPG!
I was in the Pocket D for my server when I found out there was a costume contest happening. I entered the contest in the D, but then I came here to the forums to check out the details. That's when I saw this link:

We took walk ins as well. It was announced every few minutes in Pocket D and on the Infinity Badges channel.

We would like to thank everyone that participated in the Mr. and Ms. Paragon City/Rogue Isles Costume Contest. We would like to congratulate the Infinity winners

Each winner will receive a Gold Title for 6 months and 1 costume code on their choosing. The finals will be held on the Test Server, Friday the 8th of January at 9 PM Eastern, 6 PM Pacific.
The Finals portion of Mr and Ms Paragon City/Rogue Isles has a series of Question and Answers to be completed. Either Madame Pistacio or Ice Knight will be in contact with each winner with their information for the Finalist website.
Specific Rules for the finals.
1. Finalists must be present to win. If a finalist is not then they will be disqualified.
2. Finalists must have their questions answered and all finalist information completed by the 3rd of January before 11:59 PM Pacific. If a Finalist does not have this completed, P.E.R.C. will award the Runner Up from that category the spot in the finals.
3. If a finalist notifies P.E.R.C. that they can not attend the Finals, P.E.R.C. will allow the Runner Up to enter the finals.
4. In the event we have to award the Runner Up a spot in the finals, they will be given 72 hours after the deadline to complete the finalist information. If they do not, then that server will not be represented in that category.

Uhm... Jack Impact here. Nobody contacted me about this unfortunately. Also unfortunately, real life has come to the forefront of things for me for a bit and I didn't even get to log on Friday until about 10:30pm EST. I apologize for any kind of inconvenience in this matter, I did not know what to do at all. Congrats to everyone who won!

Each server will be represented by a Hero, Heroine, Villain, and Villainess, who will have a chance to become the City of Heroes Mr. and Ms. Paragon City and City of Villains Mr. and Ms. Rogue Isles!

The contest dates are as follows for individual servers. All contest times are 9:00 pm - 12:00 am EST.
- 12/11/09 (Friday) Liberty & Pinnacle

The following are the specific times for faction and gender. Your character must be in Pocket D for judging. The times are the same for all servers.
Prizes
All server winners will receive gold titles that will last for 6 months.
The four grand prize winners will receive in-game gold titles that will last for 1 year and their choice of 1 costume code per overall winner from the codes listed below.
