  2. The first one I did on my MM, I got a very rare LOL...So I am pretty sure pet dmg counts, since my necro/dark MM TEARS THINGS APART..And spam heals..My bane who does an asston with pets still, rarely gets rares..It's like always uncommons and its bs idk..My bane has good participation too =(..
  3. I know human/dwarf odd choice. I thought, why do tri-form slot hell when I can nerf human form slightly for an oh-**** I need dwarf build. Not a lot of stots allocated for dwarf, wasn't aiming for "I am gonna be in dwarf forever" build. Slightly end heavy is for sure. 2 end/second with ss and orbiting death on.

    I have been looking at a lot of other NW builds, and I feel mine hits good points, good damage, defense, rech, perma mind link, very well end management..I feel other builds I have looked at are slightly lackluster. I am adding spin into the build, by moving mental blast out of the build, moving hasten and indomitable will, I am adding spin b/c it does more dmg than strike..And is an okay pbaoe..little on the end heavy side

    I haven't died since I made the build, I plan to do final tweaking with i20 free respecs, prob removing mace beam or blast..Since I never really use beam...Prob replace it with the wolf spider armor..I will look over the full build..

    I was thinking of getting kick tough and weave..but idk how id fit it all in..Weave would put me past the soft cap, at 48%..when discovered itd still be 42..But I don't think I need it, when I solo I am fine honestly.

    Okay, now with all of that in, my recov is 3.13 end/sec, use is .82 end/sec and net gain is 2.311% end/sec..Lost 11 seconds of rech on the pets but added dmg, with the musculature bonus and the dmg IO, the dmg should be quite a bit higher.

    I think I am adding the 3 set to bu of gaussians thinger..Which would add a bit more, no recov unless its 4 slots but meh.

    EDIT: I also am adding the steadfast protection +3% defense in bane armor upgrade...So my defense is now 40%

    If you slot 2 LotG and 2 GotA in some of your defense powers you can pick up an extra 2% Recovery. I think you need to improve your Recovery, even with the Cardiac Alpha I think you'll find yourself running out of End quickly.

    No TT: Leadership either? Or Wolf Spider Armor (the extra +2 Mag status protection is worth it IMHO, drop a Steadfast knockback or defense IO in it.)

    The defense in Combat Jumping is so small that slotting it for defense is not the best use of slots.

    Those are my thoughts on the build.
    Surprisingly I don't run out of end with the musculature alpha slot, only if I super spam crowd control. Leadership is kinda pointless, it's just not worth it, especially if you see the bonus accuracy to all my attacks. I can add the 2 GotA easily. And I have only gotten stunned on the itf with romulus's rez at the end. So unless I find a need for more mag protection..

    Surveillance I felt I would be too busy destroying things too use, and combat jumping I wanted to use it for the kb mag (IO) and squeeze some more defense out of it.

    Venom grenade I feel is good if you pair it up with the leviathan epic patron set, but since that isn't the case I don't feel I need it too much.

    The pets I do understand where you are coming from, I should prob slot atleast a dmg, but honestly they get my musculature alpha buff, and they also get team buffs, which with other peoples leadership buffs they do pretty good dmg for pets, I don't plan to rely on them fully...They are just a nice extra CONSTANT umph of dmg..So when we are killing stuff I see SO many orange numbers.


    EDIT: I added the GotA sets, I lost some hp, but gained a bit of recovery so good trade off. And my end/sec is only .83 without ss...And I get 2.92 end/sec...So it's a net gain of 2.09 end/sec...

    And I am adding a dmg IO to the pets, so their dmg is higher with the musculature slot.

    And now I am adding GotA to the combat jumping for more recov..which makes a net gain of..since I now get 2.95 end/sec and it costs .82 it's a nice net gain of 2.13 end/sec.

  10. If I add weave to the build by getting rid of poisonous ray, crowd control (end hog attack) and disruptor blast my defense would be soft capped. But I don't know if I should.

    This build has a few flaws, like the stun set in bash, but really you don't use it too much. I wanted the lotg sets 4/6 for the regen and hp, since now I am at 1400 ish hp I am less squishy then 1000. Defense is good, on a team with other maneuvers you will be soft capped or close. Since you barely get hit and when you do, it only takes some hp b/c of the 1400 you have a blapper esque feel. Really good dmg output in teams. Pets permanent. (and they do a ton) Surprisingly crushing impact had more dmg added to the sets BECAUSE of the musculature alpha slot. You can get 2 executioner strikes in with 1 bu and placate. All in all I am having fun with the build, it's pretty nice.
  13. So I install the new launcher, I get an error, I play around with it, it fixes itself. Now I am stuck with this "Failed to load texture library. It is likely that City of Heroes is not properly installed. Re-installing or running NCsoft Launcher may fix this."

    Why is it everytime I want to play SOMETHING has to happen to screw everything up? This is why I don't play anymore...Any fixes before I lose my patience?

    Prob the same 150 people dcing b/c they can't get into atleast.

    If we could GET to our free transfers...Then yes. But since the stores down we can't..Unless theres some other way to get them?
