Launcher problems

So I install the new launcher, I get an error, I play around with it, it fixes itself. Now I am stuck with this "Failed to load texture library. It is likely that City of Heroes is not properly installed. Re-installing or running NCsoft Launcher may fix this."

Why is it everytime I want to play SOMETHING has to happen to screw everything up? This is why I don't play anymore...Any fixes before I lose my patience?

Right click on City of Heroes in the launcher, choose Consistency Check.
