Op Bane Build (Want some feedback)
Is it just me, or are there not supposed to be any enhancements in the build you posted?

If I add weave to the build by getting rid of poisonous ray, crowd control (end hog attack) and disruptor blast my defense would be soft capped. But I don't know if I should.

You're summoning pets but not bothering to enhance their accuracy and damage? Why bother with them then.
You're not taking Surveillance or Venom Grenade (OK the redraw sucks but they are GREAT powers).
You didn't bother slotting a Steadfast Resistance/+3%Defense?
If you slot 2 LotG and 2 GotA in some of your defense powers you can pick up an extra 2% Recovery. I think you need to improve your Recovery, even with the Cardiac Alpha I think you'll find yourself running out of End quickly.
No TT: Leadership either? Or Wolf Spider Armor (the extra +2 Mag status protection is worth it IMHO, drop a Steadfast knockback or defense IO in it.)
The defense in Combat Jumping is so small that slotting it for defense is not the best use of slots.

Surveillance I felt I would be too busy destroying things too use, and combat jumping I wanted to use it for the kb mag (IO) and squeeze some more defense out of it.
Venom grenade I feel is good if you pair it up with the leviathan epic patron set, but since that isn't the case I don't feel I need it too much.
The pets I do understand where you are coming from, I should prob slot atleast a dmg, but honestly they get my musculature alpha buff, and they also get team buffs, which with other peoples leadership buffs they do pretty good dmg for pets, I don't plan to rely on them fully...They are just a nice extra CONSTANT umph of dmg..So when we are killing stuff I see SO many orange numbers.
EDIT: I added the GotA sets, I lost some hp, but gained a bit of recovery so good trade off. And my end/sec is only .83 without ss...And I get 2.92 end/sec...So it's a net gain of 2.09 end/sec...
And I am adding a dmg IO to the pets, so their dmg is higher with the musculature slot.
And now I am adding GotA to the combat jumping for more recov..which makes a net gain of..since I now get 2.95 end/sec and it costs .82 it's a nice net gain of 2.13 end/sec.

Okay, now with all of that in, my recov is 3.13 end/sec, use is .82 end/sec and net gain is 2.311% end/sec..Lost 11 seconds of rech on the pets but added dmg, with the musculature bonus and the dmg IO, the dmg should be quite a bit higher.
I think I am adding the 3 set to bu of gaussians thinger..Which would add a bit more, no recov unless its 4 slots but meh.
EDIT: I also am adding the steadfast protection +3% defense in bane armor upgrade...So my defense is now 40%

This build has a few flaws, like the stun set in bash, but really you don't use it too much. I wanted the lotg sets 4/6 for the regen and hp, since now I am at 1400 ish hp I am less squishy then 1000. Defense is good, on a team with other maneuvers you will be soft capped or close. Since you barely get hit and when you do, it only takes some hp b/c of the 1400 you have a blapper esque feel. Really good dmg output in teams. Pets permanent. (and they do a ton) Surprisingly crushing impact had more dmg added to the sets BECAUSE of the musculature alpha slot. You can get 2 executioner strikes in with 1 bu and placate. All in all I am having fun with the build, it's pretty nice.
