I've played scraps with body and weapon mastery, doesnt do much of anything in arena vs uber dmg range toons I slotted char for dmg and with crits that shiz is amazing.

I play regen for 2 reasons. Heals are enough to deal with all the villain dmg, sharks +uber fire doms usually buffed up by corrs. I find nothing easier than all the hibernating phasing going on in the zone. Regen is alright, but God, you people make it sound a lot better than it actually is. I get heat x on me so much in zone pvp followed by 20 mezzes and pew pew pew. There is no point in playing a defender or troller in RV unless u buff. Everything outdamages you and if you even get close to a kill expect hibernate 100% of the time. Hell, if we play blasters people cry too. If regen got nerfed scraps would be even more lolmelee...takes a good scrap to take on these i16 doms

I had gladiator's net in it, should i switch to dmg? I noticed it only holds for 0 seconds anyways but gives me time to kick them in the face

Ok, I REALLLLY need to share this information with you all. No BS. literally, i have done 3 runs in set for 8 in the past few days have have gotten 4/3 yes 4/3 meanings 4 purples 3 runs...Wow. But yes the information is extremely useful guys. Thanks. Would still love more input only because i have heard all of this before some from veterans that you guys say is false.

This isn't 100% about purples but recipes in general. Here is the main question. What affects purple/rare drops.


Here are some of the contradictory answers I have gotten.

-Nothing

-Enemies must be level 50 or > for purples

-Enemies must be level 47 or > for purples

-Enemies with higher difficulty are more likely to drop rares/purples.

-Difficulty has no effect on rare/purple drops as long as the groups are 50+


What is true?! I have no official word on the matter so I am depending on you guys.

I'll vote Psy/em. The damage is extremely quick + the placate proc is enough to put any squishy toon into a world of trouble. Rad has the whole -def thing but as is blasters have a ton of to-hit which will override most def

Seriously, most non-pvpers i have spoken to say the main reason they do not pvp is due to trash talk...just have fun and stop running your damn mouths all day. Of course we all have our occasional scuffles but there are people that trash talk 100% of the time to 100% of the people. Give it up.
