My exchange rate is 600 for 750. I almost always end up having to move the inf from server to server, which is a 10% Went fee- sometimes I move the infamy AND the influence.
Hopefully you can get a better deal- if not, I'm @Boltcutter in game.

For other folks visiting this thread, I offer 1:1 on Virtue, though I just had a large transaction and don't have much infamy to spare. Hopefully that will clear up soon.
