  1. One of the first LRSF's on Pinnacle when the Av's were 54's, Team wiped except for me, hit an epic howling twilight just as i died and brought the team back, they popped vengeance off of me and we crushed the freedom phalanx. And actually got a membrane.
  2. Smedley Killed SWG, this list may be most influential, but that's not a positive thing.
  3. Good luck with this.

I'll do my killing at my leisure, without organization or rules.
  4. I got a sweet laptop with 4 gigs of ram and a dual core processor for like $699. If you have a microcenter near you look them up. www.microcenter.com

If you want check www.newegg.com they sell them on that site as well as having reviews on pretty much all models. So when you do find one you like, look it up on there to get some good opinions on it.

NITES cared when they had the most. Suddenly they don't.

Wrong, as long as we had more than WWE that's all that mattered, and they are all gone now.

Actually, my statement is correct. What's wrong is the assumption that goes along with it that correlation implies causation. For example:

Fact: As Pirates have become less common, the global average temperature has increased.
    Wrong: Pirates prevent global warming.

I hope the Dom buffs are included.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    They aren't.

[/ QUOTE ]Ok then just tell us what we need to know so when they are in we can test. Or is it that this stuff wont hit test until I15 is live?

    [/ QUOTE ]

Could have sworn that in another thread Arcanaville had already speculated that it would probably be AFTER issue 15 went live. i thought her analysis of that was spot on.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Castle said a long time ago that the buff/nerf would be around 15-16

Wrong, as long as we had more than WWE that's all that mattered, and they are all gone now. Farming for prestige is lame. We've been playing hero side and working on at least 20 storage sg's for all of the io's we're hoarding to manipulate your markets.
  10. We were switching over when your guys left.

Well thanks to all who came out, the multiple invading villain teams didn't even make it to the globe, and no pillboxes were taken Pinnacle FTW.

There was a good 40+ in there last night. Much more fun than killing tazz over and over like the night before.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Sorry I didn't get your /pm last night. I got tied up at a business meeting and didn't even get home in time to participate. I hope you were able to contact the folks who were present, though.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Yes we contacted them over and over in front of the villain base. Was good fun though.

  13. Actually M.Bison was named Vega the first time around.....

The character of Balrog was originally named M. Bison, with the letter being an initial for "Mike". According to the staff, the character was originally a parody of real-life boxer Mike Tyson. Under the suggestion that the character's name and likeness resembled Tyson to the point of infringement, the developers rotated the names of the boss characters for the English localization.[1] Thus, the American boxer M. Bison became Balrog; the Spanish clawman Balrog became Vega; and the military commander Vega became M. Bison.

    Energy Question

I love energy melee, but for a secondary i would have to suggest energy aura over SR. For the simple fact that while both are very good as far as defenses, energy aura has an end drain power which can heal as well. I've won a lot of fights by draining someone's endurance at the right time. Plus you can use it when your tier 9 power crashes, and if you're good, your toggles won't even drop.
  15. I've seen quite a few good /da brutes. But most of them require some io's. Right out of the box, you're going to have a lot of toggles to juggle. They tend to do better in a longer drawn out fight. I would consider them a challenging set, but with the potential to be very good.

That's good and all.......but I think Ninja meant PvP wise. Besides....NOW they took over prestige wise from the Nites, since most of the Nites have been "chillin."

Anyway....kudos to JL, for having MOST prestige again.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    lol prestige.
  18. unless there's a pet set bonus you really need, i would skip it. Too many other useful powers you could take.

  21. Once the invention system was established, it immediately widened the gap between pvp builds and non-pvp builds. So people had to choose, which dropped off some of the numbers. Then they made the pvp changes, which caused some players to leave or ignore pvp all together. This further widened the gap between pvp'ers and non-pvp'ers since now in order to pvp, a normal player could not just go into a zone and fight, they had to learn how to play with the new changes, with new changes to powers, against people who adapted faster.

It's basicallylike learning to drive by someone dumping all of the parts on your driveway for you to assemble, and once it's done, your first time behind the wheel is in a Nascar race.

Oh wait, Moldy, you're on pinnacle, zones are dead there because Nites runs everyone out

Overall, this event is going to be fun. I think. Then again, I'm pretty optimistic.

    [/ QUOTE ]

    It shall be interesting.

On one side, will there be enough people doing the event to prevent the bad people from preventing us from capturing the boxes?

Or will we not have enough and yet we will not be able to do the objective?

    Gotta wait til Monday!

Over all, I do except a nice solid turn out from both sides.

As always, post, PM, whatever you decide!

We shall see. Maybe a certain group will kill everyone else in the zone, regardless of what they are doing there.
