The College of War has sort of an uniform policy for its members, it being a sort of a formal institution. But we're an "anything goes" type of SG powerset/AT -wise, so the theme is more in the "RP" department for us also. (Not that many of us actually RP, but it's nice to have an unified feel in SG TFs and other events )

As it still seems the both teams I belong to still seem to be winning by default, I would like to get a bit more clarification on the matter - our teams have 3 core members that are in both divisions and two that are weight class -specific. Do we count as "the same team" or not? -

I've been thinking that an Elec/Devices could make a decent constant damage dealer with Drone and Sentinel, but otherwise, I just can't see myself to wasting a slot for it -

All enemies withing the aura suffer a debuff that turns all their positive buffs into negative ones. +dmg becomes -dmg and Vengeanced Prussian troops become the useless pieces of scrap metal they actually are.

Where the Sun Never Sets - Clickie - Self invulnerability, +regen, +recharge, +recovery. PBAoE sleep.

Makes you invulnerable and gets you back into fighting condition. Cannot be turned off until all the tea is gone..

Quite many of my characters have Samurai Armour bits in their clothes: the shoulderpads, for example, are wicked. And the boxer pants are really neat. My brute switched to those from the old-style shorts as soon as they came available to me. I also have a few characters who use the boots and one that has the Gloves. "Anime" Armour on the other hand is pretty dull and doesn't end up on my costumes that often
