    Powerboosted /Poison would still lose if the /Storm is also powerboosted. Don't forget that poison is not the only set that can benefit form it.

    While poison debuff are great a storm can disable his opponent Pet AI. Storm play it well with good IO is by far the best set to destroy MM's.

    Is not invincible but is one or the most hardest to overcome in PvP for a MM.

    I have been playing my only hero,Fire blaster, in the past couple of days.When notice that I end up playing it like my Dom,stalkers,brutes, and MM spending 80% of the time in melee range using Combustion,Fire sword circle,fire ball,Rain of fire. All that in a team of +5 players.

    Then I get this tell form a "veteran" blaster telling me that should drop x-y-z powers because they "Suck". Follow by a monologue of how to be a blasters.

    Since I don't know [censored] about blaster I just stand there,rolling eyes, wondering why the hell /fire gets Melee AoE,blazing aura and hot feet in the first place; if isn't to jump in the middle of the mob and kill everything around you like a blazing death god.

      What is the popular opinion for fire/fire blaster?

      How good or bad could be if I go for a melee/AoE heavy blaster?
      [/list]All in all, I like blaster a lot, they are my first and only hero. There is nothing like then in CoV and will like to hear opinions.
  3. Couldn't be done, by the time I got the full team someone end up quitting.After that, I start looking for one more to start it again but no luck.Then it was too late for two more members that need to sleep for their work.

    I want that everyone interest plz post what time is good for then for the next 3-4 days.

    If i can get 7 players here in the forum the Master run will start quickly and smooth so none end up running out of time to play.

  5. That I'm not sure. I have been thinking on frankslotting ninjas with proc and place a lot of debuff proc on powers,or build it for +def in melee.I haven''t think much on +rechg,don't see much benefit form it.

    Whatever the change I will go mako PPP for sure and will lead it for more aggressive play style. Will be the second build for my MM.I got about 350mill.My idea is to make iether a die hard or faster killer MM.

    Any opinion on what a solid PvP MM should be like?

    Fine by me, any other opinion on the date is welcome and will like to hear. The right date is very import for a fast start, looking for the rights player for this is hard enough already

  7. This is my ninja/dark MM that I have right now( two purple set short). Notes, this is a PvE build, focus on end+/recv/Hp+, I know it need a lot of changes to be able to pvp.I agreed that mako power's are a lot better for ninjas. This MM is focus more on hold/controls.

    The play style I develop in pvp is to hunt down squishy targets,mezz/hold then and kill then.Tank/scrapper always manage to run away(any suggestion?).

  9. I try to PvP with my ninja/dark MM but quit because every time I get stun by a tank/blaster or hold by a troller mean that i was goin to die for sure.

    Haven't try PvP after the change of PvP mezz protection to resistant. I have a ninja/dark/Soul MM and will like to get him some of the pvp zone. Will post my build tomorrow.

    How much impact you think that your sets bonus have on your success? Don't think my pocket is deep enough for those sets.

  11. Night widow are in my opinion the most powerful of all 4-5. The power you need to make her work are 4 or 5, all his secondary power are excellent in the most typical situation in this game.You have a lot of good IO's set option for your build.Can be soft capped def with a few million. Overall performer is second only to Master Mind.

    Now that I on my vacation I'm looking for experience player that want to complete the Master run Challenge villain side. This Challenge is meant to see how well you can work out with 7 more player to complete the Hardest Strike Force in this game without DYING or using Temporary powers

    I have run this SF a lot and have success in this challenge twice . First I need 7 more player that want to help and participate in this challenge and get the badge. Second thing is that everyone do what I say. If it can get you kill I won't want you to do it.

  15. The new zone, enemies, and story look very interesting. I hope they add new AT or even EPIC AT to give something really new and different.

    This game already enough dark/demon content to supply all the gothic emo player they have.Why not something fresh a variable for the rest.Dev need to dare to do something New and unexpected to keep us playing.
    I was hoping for a element base pet like Fire/ice/wind/earth or the dream of many players Beast Training (tiges,Lion,wolf).

    My only hope now is to add female pets for ninjas,thug and merc. (Yes, I know dev are single minded on this topic...)

    Power lack of acc but that will not hurt with 2 tactics running.i got 25.5% dgm boost.I could squish more dmg into the build but i think this is enough for me(For now...)

    Something to add. Placate and Cloaking device could help a huntsman a lot.Will make pummel and Bayonet critical giving a nice Burst dmg for those target that get to close.
  20. This is a excellent guide.You make Wolf spider a very sexy AT to play.

    One thing i will like to add.

    First of all.That is a awesome Rechg build,but with a lot less inf player can get 60% dmg boost with Devastation,Gaussian fire control,Mako bite,Performance shifter, and red fortune.

    (That is what i like more about VEat,You can have so many way to be awesome with IO set.)

    The second is that your ignore complete how could a wolf spider end with crab spider secondary powers. For those that like/pick Crabs powers.

    Anyway this is the best Soldier's guide i have read so far.

    That is a lie,Romulo is the faster to kill.I have run this SF over 10 time.I have see the great different of romulo vs his nictus.True romulos is the hard hitting AV,but he the easies to kill of all 4.The healer nictus don't heal if it don't get dmg,just leave him alone and it won't heal unless he got hit with a AoE.You don't need great amount of debuff or hold to kill Romu.He can be easy to hold and debuff,I have see how a team with 2 rads,2 Dom fail trying to kill/debuff/hold healer first.But when I try in a team with 2 blaster,2 scrapper and just attack Romulo; I was very impress when we kill him 4 time under 5 mint.

  22. I have done this SF and killing romulo 4 times is a lot more easy. I won't recommend to targets nictus first.They are just a pain to kill but romulo can be easy kill when everyone just target him.

    Nictus heal all the AV's but they don't heal if it don't get dmg.
    When he die you have a 5 sec break to run out of range or you will get stun.This SF deceive player making then think than pulling is the best way.Once you understand how weak romulo is you will love it.
