Don't let the door hit you on the way out
Edit by Kerensky... -
(( erm how are we supposed to attend IC? You don't say where the "real" place is :S ))
-
There is one this Sunday right?
There was one on Tuesday night it went horribly - just not enough people, despite about 2 full teams -
perimeter guard = anti-magus guard :O
so many zone wipes due to those damn things at least before people got used to things! -
It's funny how someone who's banned permanently from the game can get away so easily repeatedly by using other peoples' accounts to get past it....
I guess anyone else who is banned from the game should feel welcome to post on the official forums too since Blue Volt is allowed?
AND he's also spamming every day "bumping" the topic in his attention-seeking antics -
so how is RP organised? how do people know where to go?
-
big question.............
where is all the RP hiding anyway?
what times are most active too? -
* max sits in his evil lair stroking his bald cat, reads bru's post and punches the computer screen! * lol
-
they can already 2 shot anything except a scrapper or tanker and you're saying they should be able to do this without even being able to be seen or targeted? as it is most PVP villains are stalkers and it's for a good reason...

Hide+Stealth+Stealth IO = stealth cap and you are able to attack unlike if you had invis running.
This is of great benefit in pvp for stalkers. Ive already tested this combo in Warburg and RV and can confirmed that not one player could see me until I attacked first, even standing next to them
[/ QUOTE ]
I think this was probably an unintended effect as it now makes invisibility obselete - and invisibility had that "can't attack" penalty for a good reason because it gave players a sporting chance - now it's simply too easy for stalkers to stay perma invisible to anyone that doesn't carry around loads of yellow inspirations... -
best answer, short answer, to this topic is: NO
-
Not everything's about prestige, sorry
said it already but yeah grats EVIL (im in evil so it feels weird saying that lol) -
When you ignore someone, they should not be able to use powers on your character and when they use AoE powers it shouldn't show up on your computer. That would help a lot
Another similiar thing is people who in Wentworths sit there spamming powers or keeping VERY LOUD toggles on -
waiiiiiiiiiiit
so if you put defence enhancements in elude it doesn't do anything?
???????????? :S -
nono, all the serious kinkiness gets sent to the professionals at Violators>
-
@Purgatorii
Cat. (with a dot) lvl50 claws/SR scrapper with lots of HOs and inventions -
cool
how much did it cost? im wondering how much the Chasers do (wish we could get a stolen flier for our heroes base as they look so much cooler but nooooooooooo.. ) -

Having vault doors as personal storage means that we can't have 'real' vault doors in an sg/vg later on, which is a real shame cause while it wouldn't take long for a team on a base raid to get through a vault door it would give the defenders a minute or two to reorganise, thus maybe increasing the fun of the raid.
Personally i would have preffered themto come up with atotally seperate graphic ... dunno something like a gym locker for tech and an upright coffin for arcane.

I agree
in I10 i hope one of the things they do with the base improvements is finally let us make DOORS.
maybe inspired by some ideas from dungeon keeper 2 hehe I loved that game

* Barricade - Not really a door in a true sense, it can still be used to slow the progress of intruders. Line-of-sight (ranged) attacks are not affected by a barricade, and allows your long-range fighters to wear them down a bit.
* Wooden Door - These are the simplest of doors and offer little resistance for intruders. They are, on the other hand, very useful for controlling access to rooms by your own creatures.
* Braced Door - This door is sturdier and offers more resistance to intruders, but it's more expensive to manufacture.
* Steel Door - This is the strongest of the normal doors, and will hold off intruders just long enough for you to mount a basic defense. These doors cost more, and take more time to manufacture then Wooden or Steel doors.
* Magic Door - The magic door cannot be damaged by physical attack, only magic. The Magic Door has an intelligence of sorts, and will respond offensively to attack. It is expensive and time-consuming to manufacture
* Secret Door - This door blends into the surrounding walls, so that invaders have a hard time seeing it. In all other respects, it acts like a normal door.

We have a nice mix, mostly arcane-looking.. But heroes, yeah...
