I took frenzy instead of frag grenade. Got rid of 3% PvP IO, softcapped melee/ranged, fraction of a % under aoe (I'll have barrier btw too). That should solve that. Still got high recharge, softcapped, perma everything. Seems beast!

Kosmos, I am DEFINITALLY using your build that you posted... It's in my price range, and I have toons that I NEVER play that are slotted very well, I can take the 7.5's and Kinetic Combats out of them, as well as oblits. It has awesome defense, awesome recharge, regen is amazing. Thanks for posting it

As the title suggests, the topic of this thread is DP/MM blasters.
I am looking for builds for this blast type, I have looked at many threads, and so far I have only found one build I like, and I'm 100% sure there are other builds that people have lying around that they are willing to share.
The main focus of the build is pve, naturally, and I am hoping for soft capped S/L or melee. High recharge would be nice. This toon will be mostly teaming, with the odd soloing and goofing off. Psychic Shockwave is also a power I REALLY want, but will make exceptions...
With that in mind, go crazy you crazy blasting people

Sant, speak of the devil I JUST! read your post... Some of the builds are cool, but right now I don't have the time to look at all of them, there are A LOT of builds.
I'm just going to ask, can you post what you think is the best build on that post, or one you prefer, chances are i'll like it. I just don't have a lot of time at the moment. If you can't I can do it myself.

Can anyone post their FM/regen pvp builds? I tried searching but nothing good came up. Just need some tips or builds to base the one I'll use off of.
Also if anyone has builds they want to make me - I'm looking for a build with decent recharge, ss/sj, no purps or pvp ios(yet), and the usual pvp stuff, also it's zone pvp mostly.

I need a build for a pve BS/SD scrapper.
The build I am hoping to get will be all around good for tf's, softcapped defense, decent amount of recharge, and my budget is around.... 1 or so billion, but that can go higher (No purples (super cheap purples are ok), no pvp io's)
With that in mind, go crazy... -
I do pvp quite a bit, just screwing around in RV... If it's not worth it I can just make him pve...

Ill be waiting for that build when you get home I just started back on my ice/rad recently

I just came back to CoX after about half a year... I feel like a noob again, but i'm having alot of fun on my arch/dev blaster in pvp and I really like the concept of my character...
I started to wonder what I could do for a pve build for this character...
If anyone has time to make one/give suggestions how to make one that would be great
My limit on the build is about 1 bil so with that in mind, go crazy. I also would like to have a bit more damage and less defense as I want to team alot on this toon...
