Don't just ask for a build to be given to you and maybe people might be a little kinder, you don't care to look around in the forums and try to put a build together yourself why should we care about taking our time to put a build together for you?
I need a build for a pve BS/SD scrapper.
The build I am hoping to get will be all around good for tf's, softcapped defense, decent amount of recharge, and my budget is around.... 1 or so billion, but that can go higher (No purples (super cheap purples are ok), no pvp io's)
