You, my friend, did the impossible. You made the goofy-as-all-hell Statesman costume look cool and badass. I didn't think it was possible, but I'm impressed with the result.

You make a good point Mr Tow. That's an ace tat - it's the darkness that Marcus Cole never showed in game - his goatee-stroking alter-egos did that enough and I'm running out-of-hyphens too.
Mr Tow, the only way you can better this is by showing us your full body arachnos tattoo that you've kept secret for all this time.

Thanks everyone from all the kind words! The only downside to this tattoo is the "Is that Magneto?" and "Great Iron-Man" etc

I have always held Statesman to be the symbolic icon/ultimate hero of CoH from the beginning. I loved what he stood for, and never EVER associated him with the man who played him. Of all the things that embody CoH visually for me, it's States...your tattoo is absolutely wonderful and well done.

That IS a really, really awesome piece of work!
Myself, eventually, once I have the money and an inker (mine retired a while back) I've had a number of logos that I planned on getting around my ankles - things that include some of the games I've enjoyed over the years, lightsaber and wand images, etc.
The violet Controller logo would be mine, and very possibly something symbolizing the Circle of Thorns.
I salute you, though, that is a truly grand tat.

You keeping it strictly black and white or adding in some colour so you avoid the Magneto comments etc?
Edit; I could see colouring in the star and utility belt really looking nice with the rest of it remaining in its current state.
