One of the devs posted that part 4 should unlock sometime this month and part 5 sometime next month.

I'm hoping for this as well. I really wanted to play through the arc. Lets hope they do unlock.

I played through the Reside version first. Iiiiiinteresting developments.
I was going to do Blueside next, but I realized I never ran 2.3 Blueside, so I went to do that first. I'll get to Blueside 2.4 later today, after I've done a few chores and shopping and other stuff that I should have done while I was running Redside 2.4 and Blueside 2.3.

And if on Beta, where? I looked for them on Beta a few days ago and just saw 1-3.

I've gotten through all of the Blueside Arc.
Redside arc is glitched, though. I think it's mission 4, I can't

get through the jail mission. It looks like Odyseus has an idea on how to create a distraction, but I can't see anyone to talk to

So I read somewhere that part 4 and 5 can be accessed on the Beta server so I went on there to try it out but the option to buy wasnt there. Just wish list. So im going to guess I miss read it? If not can someone tell me how to access them or atleast send me some storyline spoilers.
On a side note im still a VIP but when I go to the Beta Servers to play the upcoming issue 24 content its not letting me. Says I need to be VIP which I am anyone else having issues?
