Nobody's said anything specific, but I doubt it.
Zwillinger said on the last Coffee Talk that he wanted to get as many events activated as possible before the end (Holiday events, invasion weekends, Double XP, etc). However, the system is only capable of having ONE event active at a time.
I'd expect different events to be put up, as Zwillinger can get them scheduled to be activated, not the same one repeated over and over.

The impression I got from the Coffee Talk was that Zwil was aiming to get DXP enabled up until the end - not just for a weekend.
