It used to be on there a few days ago, and since they are no longer supporting the game it makes sense to remove it.. it actually irritated me when I still saw it listed that it was STILL in the list. Why should they be able to capitalize on the gains of something they're no longer supporting? Besides, if CoH ever fell into anyone else's hands things like this have to be done anyways.
Tabula Rasa, Exteel, Auto Assault and... oh, I'm not remembering the other one... aren't there either. They are PROMOTING their current stuff, and not showing Co* is just... well, it's a business thing.
You don't remind people of a no-longer-being-run-by-us title. You focus on the current lineup.
Unless you're running a commercial that's being nostalgic... like a Ford commercial might do in reminding the current crowd "Hey, we made the EDSEL! And the PINTO!"
Er... on second thought, perhaps those wouldn't be a good thing to do after all for Ford... Hm. I'll have to come up with a Better Idea.

What also irritates me are people that hide behind developers of the game, people that say they are supporting Areanet and not NCsoft is almost laughable. They are under the impression that Areanet have no knowledge of the way NCsoft deals with developers lol. Areanet know exactly who NCsoft are and the way they operate their business and how much money they make games developers.
NCsoft will always favour the new and shiny as that makes them more money, what they rely on are those that will put the new FOTM shiny before their principals and as long as people keep doing that they will continue to operate that way.
An example of this would be a new Developing company comes on the scene called "give me your money", they want Ncsoft to publish their game even though they know NCsoft reputation they also know it will make them a lot of money.
The way people see it now is ahhh the new FOTM shiny must have it so I will be supporting "give me the money" as they made the game and not NCsoft.
Now if NCsoft could they would release the game and sell it off in a month, but they can't as doing that would turn away potential Developers from coming to them to publish the game.
So now they are stuck with it for a couple of years until they can come up with a half cocked excuse to end it.
"Give me the money" has now been shelved and are hurt by this along with the player base.
NCsoft are now looking for another victim, but how can you stop them doing this to future developers?
Too many 50's to list here's a few you may know.
Slazenger, Area51, Area53, Area54, Erruption, Mind Plague, Thresher, Sheath, Broadside, Debt
By not buying their product. They'll shut down the other games, but then you won't have them doing it any more, because they'll be closed down, never to hurt another player again.
Not that I recommend that as a general course of action, mind. Just being pragmatic about the 'how'.

Because Perfect World did just that in 2008 with their signature game and they did it much better. Their 'stable' of MMOs are all still going and to quote someone very familiar to these boards who utterly loathed Paragon and NCSoft's way of handling F2P? PWI got their F2P system right.
Silly NCSoft. PWI beat you to this new schtick by 4 years and haven't shut down any of their games to do so.

whats funny is i didnt know torch light was greenlit by PWI... PWI has impressed me over a few months with handling of co and STO and other games...
