Hamidon Raid - 14'th of September

Edit: To give many people a bigger chance to fight the big jello, I'm setting the time till 6pm gmt (from old time 5pm). Hope to see many there.

I was sad by the news from Ncsoft and the desire to host one more Hamiraid appeared in me. So to make certain that we do get a shot (maybe last shot) of the big jello, do reserve the date. Specially if you have not done Hamidon before.

Depending upon how many are still playing becomes present I might even host 2 if there are not enough players that has fought the big blob.

TIME: 14 September at gmt 1800 or 6pm.

Do start joining us in the HIVE at that time.
Oh.. since I only have done this one way, read the sticky guide in this part of the forum for a general rundown of how its done.

Thanks for organising this Lady Arete - as I was saying in game the other day Hami Raid is about the only major piece of content I've never run in my time here. I'll be there and I'm posting details on my sg forum, think we'll be able to bring 4 or 5 people.

After all that, unless a miracle happens at British Telecom, I won't be able to make it either. Woke up this morning and no internet. Phone line completely dead. Logged a fault and their estimated fix time is 5pm on WEDNESDAY.

Gutted

I want to tank you all the other participants to the Hamidon raid.
The raid was slow to start due to lack of peoples on server but with a slight (2 hours) delay.
The four team leader were great or a least I know that MY team leader was great. The event leader was Übergood.
All in all a fun trial that will repeat when (if) another opportunity arise!


An enormous thank you to all other player on Union, you are the coolest!

Great fun was had by all! Thank you to everyone who helped organise this unique event, especially for those like me, who'd not done it before.

After maxing out the zone with a near 50-man 6-team totally full League of us heroes and incarnates, the event was bound to be a resounding and enjoyable success.

One to be immortalised in picture and filed under the Union Hall of Fame memorabilia. Long live Union!

Did get news of the victory (in a almost brainzzz condition) and I was happy (still am). A big thanks to all the vibes that I did get.

Special thanks to Soul Storm that took the helm of leadership and Hana Li that passed things on (and briefed people on what to do etc).
I do not know the full list of what everyone did, but I want to thank everyone that participated on the raid.
I'm very delighted that there was many players who yesterday got their first battle with Hamidon.

From the posts, it seems it was a very good raid and community lift.
I'm going to look forward to those videos and eventual other pictures.
