One last video for my greatest inspiration... but what?

I am sure your final CoH creations will follow in the same tradition. And I am equally sure that when I see them, there will not be enough kleenex in the house.

On behalf of all players, I would submit another request that someone with your obvious talent create a zone walkthru of some kind. I've tried but just do not have the expertise. It would be a crime if I could never again walk thru Atlas Park, test out my first jet pack in King's Row, use a movement power for the first time in Steel Canyon, watch my fire dragon take to the starlight skies of Praetoria, journey between the floating Islands of the Shadow Shard on angel's wings, activate Rocket Boots to reach Portal Corps asap!

I for one would be eternally grateful to anyone that could make this dream stay alive, at least on film, once CoH goes dark.

I will see what I can do.

Also... if I can find the time before it's too late...

I'd like to make a full compilation of the videos listed in the Fan Videos thread, so that these wonderful CITY OF HEROES memories aren't lost. I can host the list on my WanderingCrane.com site, or if the ParagonWiki will be sticking around, put it there for posterity.

So I've been going down memory lane by rewatching your videos, Samuraiko. Wow, I admire you all over again! Your love for the game is obvious. Your creativity with the presentations is astounding.

Wanted to give an extra KUDOS for the "Avatar: CoH Style!" video. It still is my favorite with its showcasing the variety, fun, and outright silliness that makes up City Of Heroes.

Thanks to the time I got to spend with you personally in-game, coupled with your videos to rewatch again and again, City Of Heroes will always be bright in my memory.

Today is another massive day of filming in-game for 'my' goodbye thread. I think I've just about finalized my idea for the community vid, but it's still percolating in my brain.

The idea I'm working on for my own farewell to COH has (not so) surprisingly similar notions to Steelclaw's epitaph... and when Bloodspeaker saw the rough cut of the intro and ending, he got REALLY quiet and sniffly.

So.....I haven't told anyone this yet, but.....the last project I wanted to work on was a cover of "Call Me Maybe" with COH.

I'm just saying you know.....sure would be nice if someone made my dream come true.....

I've decided that I'm going to log out all my toons dancing now in case I can't get back to them before the end.

They will keep on dancing till the world ends.

Something along the lines of History in the making with additional emphasis upon the community (like MSR or Hami raid scenes or gatherings upon the steps of Atlas, etc), scenery from the game, and something brief about each major NPC. It rather sounds like a movie with all this, but somehow it all fits.

5th Anniversary has been my favorite video of all and even before this announcement moved me to tears. It just wouldn't be right without the story, the cast, and world, and the community.

And I can donate again for this one.

You could consider a video montage that shows the long history of COH, showing footage from all your previous videos.

Someone's video should feature "I had the time of my life" from Dirty Dancig.

I have never had a chance to be in any of your videos and am hoping scheduling wise I can get my main in the farewell video. If/when the servers do shut down I would like a little piece of CoH to look back on.

I personally thought SteelClaw's suggestion would be an amazing tribute video.
