Considering I was only able to get one of the three packs before they went away, it would definitely be nice to have another chance to get them in the future.

Personally I think they should wait a while after the costume rotates out of the Tier 9 VIP slot (say 12 months) and then bring it back as a Tier 9 Non-VIP option for a period of time.

That way VIPs get 18 months or so of exclusivity and then it opens up to other long term customers without being open to all.

Maybe not as a VIP reward token purchase, but they've indicated it will be back in some way someday. There wouldn't be any dev time taken away from new sets by re-releasing one that's already made anyway. And given the number of people saying they missed it, I think it's clear that nowhere near "everyone" as bought Celestial Armor.

Anyway, I got mine, but I'm absolute not opposed to others getting theirs as well.
