Option to auto-collapse memorized recipes

Yes, would love to see this changed.
I had this exact thought yesterday. I don't know why it defaults to expanded in the first place, it's just an idiotic design decision.

My City Was Gone
I want this badly. 
I'm not quite sure why this hasn't been implemented yet, but after working on my crafting badge a bit, I now have a score of memorized recipes that pop out into my face every time I open my recipe list. We need an option to keep it collapsed so that it doesn't take up all that space.
