Very Rare arcs-quests for the grail?

It's not just that I have been on a bad luck BAF - LAM streak 0/25 runs without a very rare drop. I would like to suggest something new -entertaining- and not exploitable.

I don't want this thread to become a - I get them often enough thread- I'll wait for drops-that's not why I'm writing this.


I would like to see the devs make a story line for each incarnate very rare specific to that rares history and origin.

It would need to be a well done ---longer----- arc that is only repeatable every so often - 10 days? And yes I know about the DA arcs - this isn't what I'm asking for.

In the end you would not only get your specific very rare but you would have run a fun arc - that isn't BAF - number 523 - something historical- meaningful to that VR

Also the solo - gals- guys would appreciate it


I want this not only to have another way to get them - but mostly so I can appreciate the very rare objects history and background - I.e. - its not just another car part but something meaningful -


Hell if the devs don't want to do all the work or make it fun hold an AE contest for best design so we can go all Indiana Jones on these treasures

If Masterminds didn't suck, they'd be the most powerful AT in the game.

This is the kind of idea that I hope catches on. I imagine these arcs might come from Ramiel or Prometheus in Ouro.

This is an amazing idea. Those VR salvage items are very distinctive and should have some very cool story behind them. Being able to quest for them would be fantastic.

I'm not sure it should be limited to just the VR items, but maybe they could make different length/complexity/difficulty stories for different rarity items and have different cooldowns for them.

you just brought up the main reason why i dislike trials, i HATE the random reward table, getting anything less than a rare feels like i wasted my time cause i could have done a DA arc for common or uncommon by myself without the need for a team

the only trial really worth running is the underground since it is a guaranteed rare or very rare for completion
