Where did you use it? If it was in AE, I don't believe that they work there.

I'd file a report. They'll look into it, see if the story checks out, and go from there. I'm sure you could get a refund of points, considering they're broken and all.

This issue was reported here on the forums over a month ago actually.

Just wanted to say I am happy with the resolution I got. Not sure if I can post more then that but the customer service in the game rocks.
