Thoughts on SSA 2 Episode 1?

I like the foes, the content, the levels. I did not like the arduously and capriciously contrived use of a zone door for a mission door, like a train station entrance except no listed options for destinations. First, I was knocked out of the game by zoning, then we fought in Fort Trident which was weird because I was dorking around waiting for the team leader to talk to the contact when we were ambushed. The whole flow was contemptuously pancakingly inept.

Does this new SSA give a souvenir? I know that each part of SSA1 did and that's how I could tell which ones I had done on my different characters. I just completed the new one, but I don't see a souvenir and I'm wondering if it's a bug.

Really hoping it gets fixed with an announcement in the patch notes in an upcoming patch. That way when I do earn a souvenir during a rerun I want it to match my first run choices instead of getting branded for trying out the other options.
Which is funny of course since Penny has a living dad, but still.
