Well the new issue comes out later today, normally noon. Just a few days before my B-day. So here is hoping that I can find the time and a team not speeding through the trial to make it memorable, like your first St Paulie, it should be enjoyed, savored, and smooth.

I have mutiple 50's Only Valor - Tank 50+3 INV/SS/ Eng Incarnate 5/4 is actually ready to rock this everything unlocked and tier 4 (Thanks everyone for the assist with that ) All my other 50's are unlocked at least alpha's and working towards the others.

I'll be running (leading if possible) leagues to do the new Mag. trial tonight (unless something unforeseen comes up).
The trial is pretty easy overall...here's a brief run-down:
Phase 1: Defeat a total of 250 mobs
Phase 2: Defeat 3 AVs (3 AVs are: Shadow-Hunter, Evil Praetorian Manticore (forgot his name!) and Nega-Pendragon (Evil Praet. version of Hero 1)).
Phase 3: Defeat Black Swan
MOVIE/CUTSCENE TIME!
Phase 4: Defeat Tyrant
Ta-da!
The 3 AVs don't have to be done in a particular order but usually it goes Shadow-Hunter, Nega-Pendragon and then Evil_Praet_ver_of_Manticore.
Evil_Praet_ver_of_Manticore tp's around every so often and doesn't really do that much damage (even his 'nuke' Rain of Arrows is meh).
Black Swan summons portals that bring out little Shadow Imps that go directly to her to heal her (I think; we never really established what they did during beta as far as I know).
One note; it seems either Black Swan has the ability to cast Barrier or she gains (steals) the league's Barrier power if it's used by/on her. So do NOT use Barrier when you're around her.
Then the fight with Tyrant. Everyone gets a temp power (in the new temp power action bar) called Quills of Jocas (I think) and there are 6 beams of white light (pillars) surrounding the edge of the battlefield with Tyrant.
These are "connections to the Well" that help Tyrant. Using the temp power on the pillars severs the connection to the well and gives (supposedly) everyone in the league a lvl shift (+1).
Unless things have changed, it only took one use of the temp power to sever 1 connection; so 6 people stationed at the pillars to take them pillars out and you're good to go.
So in theory once all 6 pillars are out, everyone should be lvl 50 +9 (50 +3 plus the +6 from the connections to the well). I say in theory because when I ran the trial on beta I only ever saw me being at +9 for like 1-3 seconds but maybe the Real Numbers is slow in updating....whatever.
Tyrant really only has 1 powerful attack; it's basically Zeus' lightning attack but it's called something else. It's kind of like the blue patches of doom; but in lightning form...just don't stand still when the lightning attack happens.
There are some Olympian Guardians that spawn and supposedly help out Tyrant but, again, no one knows what they actually do. They're all gray-conned to us so...they don't really pose a threat and from what I recall they don't give Tyrant an hp +regen buff so...*shrugs*
Around 35-50% HP left on Tyrant the "well" will start to help Tyrant out by giving him more HP regen....just continue to pound on him and he'll eventually get to around 20% HP left...at some time around there he'll lose the well's favor and then turn into a gray-conned lvl 50 AV (he'll turn shorter in length too)...beat him down and ta-da you win!
Lore pets really help in Black Swan and Tyrant's fights. In fact usually the fight with Black Swan took longer than Tyrant's fight because Black Swan can take your +1 lvl shifts away (plus portals or something healing her).

I'll be trying it on the three characters of mine that actually have Lore and Destiny unlocked, with priority given to my main Sgt Pandora 50+3 Rad/Rad Def (Liberty). The other two are American Dreaming 50 +3 Inv/EM Tank (Liberty) and Widow Artemis 50 +3 Widow (Virtue)
I don't have the time or fortitude or even the desire to grind itrial after itrial to do this on all of my 50s. That feels too much like work to me. In time I'll add more characters to the above list, but put more priority on just simple enjoyment. For me that includes trying new powersets, favorite story arcs, AE, costume contests, and roleplaying as well as itrials and DA. I'm an odd player in that for me end-game feels like a sentence, not a reward.

I have several level 50s. I still have some characters that have not even unlocked Alpha slot yet. I also have several characters that I am trying to get to 50.
For now, I will give priority to my main character which is my badge character (SuperBull Kat/Inv scrapper). I will try to unlock the slot and get the badges before dealing with other characters.
Next I plan to unlock it on my MM and then my Dark Brute. Then maybe other characters over time.
I dont think I will get it unlock on every character I have at 50 especially the ones that I hardly play. Maybe if I had more game time.
I have a few 50s myself but only 3 that I actively try to fully incarnate, though I have more fully level shifted. I tried a couple of runs last night on my PB with a group of 23 players that I didn't really recognize. That was interesting. Unfortunately we weren't successful in the time I had allotted to play. Anyway, I intend on getting these three at T4 across all 6 incarnate powers (though none are currently all T4 on the first 5) so I'll look forward to either a ton of MAGs or the return of Ukase's UGTs. =)

I have over 40 50's and have three done to date. At this rate by the end of June early August depending on my playtime I should have them all done.
I and others on my channels are just running Speed MAG's clearly the 250 IDF and resetting. If you look at the IXP needed to unlock the slot it is still only 5 runs of the 250 IDF. No need to waste additional time dealing with any of the 4 AV's or Tyrant since the additional IXP gained is not close to the value of the time it takes to kill them and resetting is faster and gives WAY better IXP.
The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.
For me, I understand why you would choose to do this - but I expect to be doing the trial on a regular basis like the others. The toons I have that can craft a tier 4 hybrid already have it slotted. The others will, when they get around to it. It's been.....easily 9 months since we had the lore,destiny, interface and judgement introduced - so, on that basis, I figure I have plenty of time.
I would at least farm until I got an astral for my troubles, but that's just me.

I know that many of you have been eagerly awaiting this new trial - for a multitude of reasons.
Some are seriously bored with the current iTrials -either because the trials themselves have repetitive tasks, or we've run them ad nauseum.
The magisterium trial is, from what I could discern available only to those who have Destiny and Lore unlocked.

I have not been to beta this time around. I honestly didn't think I was going to keep my sub current. But, it would appear (too late) that I will.
I know that as soon as the issue hits tomorrow, there will be several wanting to get the new badges asap. And then, by Monday...those that had to work (or some other real life obstacle) will struggle to find a way to get the new shinies.
Because of this, I'm going to cancel the UGT this Friday and Sunday. I simply don't think anyone will be that much interested with the new stuff.
History has shown me that when a new issue hits -old routines get tossed to the curb, to be picked up later- or not.
Sadly, what this new issue does, is create yet a greater rift between those who've been able to get the hybrid slot unlocked and filled, while the more casual or less plugged in players remain unshifted or at +1 or +2.
As far as I know, the hybrid slot does not create an extra level shift, but it would seem that it's useful enough for league leaders to be wanting the players to have it.
I have well over a dozen 50s that I've gotten t-4'd in each of the 5 slots available. To go back and play each one to gain the progress for hybrid - well, it seems daunting.
How many of you are going to try and do this with each of your 50s? And how long do you think it will take you?
If we all do - the casual player should have an easier time of finding a spot on the magisterium at a later date.
Time will tell.
Again, no ugt on this Friday or Sunday after MSR. May try and do one tonight, as folks will be busy with the new shiny tomorrow.
