If a feature like this were to be included, it shouldn't be the default, but an option, perhaps a little checkbox that says: "Only Show Servers in Use" or something that would eliminate ALL servers from the list that don't currently have any of your characters on them.
Also, I had no idea what a "char server" was when I read the Subject line. I assumed you were posting some sort of bug in the wrong section at first.
I'd prefer they just make it so that two more servers could fit on the screen at once. There's a lot of space that could be utilized for the expanded selection box. At least the scroll wheel works on them (one of the few places in the game it works!).

I just remember playing for so many years with the scroll wheel only scrolling things by one pixel at a time (IIRC, pohsyb added the ability to adjust the scroll rate... but mine didn't get set to the new default of 20 automagically) that I instinctively think it doesn't work at all.

I agree completely. I play on several different servers, including ones that are typically the most populated. This means that I end up scrolling to the very top or bottom very frequently. As Kitsune Knight alludes to, there is space above and below that could be used. Otherwise, the height of each server could be diminished a bit to make room for all of them.
My only question is whether the number visible on screen is determined by resolution. I can always see all but 2 servers. Can anyone else see more/less?

hi,
a feature I would like to see is on the server selection page ,the top level servers are ones i have chars on. If I don't have any chars on the server,it would be shown below a bar on the server selection screen.
i only have char on 5 of the servers and having to scroll is a bit of a pain.
