Also, from this game there's Swan, although her's may be more of a mantle instead of actual arm wings. Still, this is a pretty cool idea.

Issue becomes for those who fight mid-air. All the animations and what not.
But still cool. If the animations worked, I'd like 'em. I always liked the way Banshee's costume helped him fly, and the same with a lot of those others listed.
Could be a costume piece, or part of a temporary "FLIGHT PACK" travel power.
I'd buy it.
I'd really like to see arm wings included in the costume creator. There are quite a few heroes with arm mounted wings or glide-suits. Falcon, Darkhawk, Banshee, Stingray, Black Bolt, Sauron, Gargoyle, Skyhawk, Dinah Soar, Blackwing, Beak, Deathbird, Batwing, Henry Hawk, The Nhu'Ghari, The Vulture and even spidey had web pits in some versions. I can't seem to think of any DC characters off the top of my head besides Man-bat but I am sure there must be more. Arm wings are a staple of comics and something I'd really like to see.
