I'm an EU player, and when I log in to my account management page, at the top of the game account details I see:

Also an EU player, but with an NA account (since 2004).
My account management page shows:

City of Heroes Freedom™
I guess EU players have the (Europe) tag.

My account doesn't have the European tag in brackets, so I guess it's a NA account. Which is weird since I always thought it was European and was buying the european version of all the packs and boosters.
I guess I can't have my Power Slide then.
