I23 should be the final takedown of Tyrant. Also all references of States will be removed from the game, not sure about Sister.

From the lil tidbits the Devs and Z have dropped in coffee talks and such heres what we should expect-

1) Tyrant Trial- most likely including Chimera as well since Dominatrix confirms Chimy is Tyrants new "gadgeteer" since AM's and Nueron's downfall.

2) At least 1 new Incarnate slot- originally they were hinting at both Genesis and Hybrid but one of the coffee chats mentioned only 1 with next trial.

3) Possible set up/arrival of Battalion scouts/vanguard troops? I expect they will jump right into the Battalion storyline with little pause.

4) Possible new Praet Zone? There have been a bunch of subtle hints about expanding. I'm wondering if They won't do a reverse of previous issues. IE- start the issue with a Trial to defeat Tyrant then have a 30-50 zone to deal with the fall out and help clean up Praetoria.

5) Shadow Shard progression? (this may be wishlisting but with the SSA 1 wrapped up I can see Vanguard starting to take a bigger interest in the Shard...)

The timeline is pretty fuzzy. There's stuff that's come before (like the Faultline events -> Now with penny) and there's stuff that's -right now- (Galaxy).

By all indications, the Devs are treating States (and presumably Psyche's death) as -right now-, so everything matches up to -right now-, even though 95% of the game predates these events. It's the same with Galaxy. Even though Galaxy being destroyed is the newest thing, everything that predates it that references it references it as if its been destroyed (or simply does not refer to it anymore).

Although, i don't get where the thinking that there's only 1 more trial in Praetoria comes from. it's a possibility? but doubtful.

I'm pretty sure it was said there was gonna be at least 1 new trial and a new slot (presumably Hybrid or Genesis), and that States was getting replaced in i23 and that it was a "large undertaking." They mentioned taking Psyche out of the DD trial as well, so I'm presuming she'll be getting replaced elsewhere as well, most likely by her young new non-Jack Emmert carbon copy, Penny (why yes, I'm slightly bitter).

As far as trial material goes, we haven't seen all of the Praetorian Vindicators. Namely Black Swan, Shadowhunter, Dominatrix (she might not show up), and Infernal. The only others left are Chimera and Tyrant, and any curve balls. Do the villain patrons have counterparts? I know Recluse and Ghost Widow are accounted for, at least.
