stupid end mod power tricks - Consume, Dark Consumption

I like slotting them with Mocking Beratement for the 7.5% recharge set bonus plus S/L Defense... that set also has quite a bit of recharge in and of itself... but you gotta have the slots to spare... or perfect zinger for only 5% recharge bonus if you havent hit the 'rule of 5' for that set bonus

Recharge, of course, will make them available more often which helps with both endurance and damage.
Consume has a small +recovery effect (5% per enemy for 15s) so personally I'd still slot it for endurance if I didn't feel like I had limitless energy between the two. Dark consumption loses the recovery for a slightly larger amount of endurance. Consume takes 5 enemies to fill your bar without enhancement, dark consumption takes 4. Each IO will basically reduce the number of targets needed to fill your end bar by 1.
I would slot some app/ppp powers for damage before working on these ones. They just have such long recharges and poor to moderate damage that you're not going to be getting much in return for your slots.
I should also point out that as a tank I slot it for taunt so every time I use it, I also aggro everything in range...plus those set bonuses are pretty nice for pretty cheap

My DM/EA Brute went Eradication ADER/ADR/AR/DR. My Fire tanker might go that way but he's only got a basic 1acc+ 3rech so far.

Enhancing consume for end mod also happens to enhance the end drain resistance it gives. The difference between 50% and 90ish% end drain resistance is quite large.

my fire/dark tanker has both
each is a pbaoe that does some damage to the foes and restores END to me.
the amount of END restored per foe is huge, no need to increase it.
So I'm wondering else I should I slot them for.
dark consumption can take pbaoe, END mod, and taunt
consume can take pbaoe and END mod
they have 3 minute recharges so I can't spam them, but it seems silly to have a couple of AoE's with max 10 targets go to waste.
