They use the same formula, but their PPM value is lower. I believe they are all PPM 3. However, they still do pretty well. A PPM3 proc in a power with a ~10s cycle time is almost as much damage on average as a "regular" purple proc in the same power.

I can see the lockdown proc working well as well!
Just thought I give an update to my proc testing. So I bought some store procs and slotted the following powers :
shadow grasp - controller atio proc, store bought neuronic shutdown and ghost widow proc
living shadow - store bought posi and trap of the hunter proc and normal clouded senses proc
the result? Absolutely amazing! The proc rate is just fantastic and it really seriously upped my damage on single target and range. Totally worth it in my opinion. Only problem is my dark Grasp procs are too psi heavy but until clouded senses version comes out i just have to stick with that
I just purchased the lockdown proc also and will slot it in shadowfield - which should make it even better.
Please not I am vip so i was sitting on a lot of points as i never spent any since paragon market went live so didnt really cost me anytime to get these procs but if u have to shell out extra cash on these then it is up to u.

I've been working on an StJ stalker and also have nothing but praises for SBE procs. I put touch of death and mako's bite proc in to assassin strike, shin breaker, and crushing uppercut. The extra damage activates pretty much all the time so I'm 1-2 shotting enemies quite often.
I ended up taking Char from APP and so far have 1 acc, 1 lockdown +2 mag, and decimation build up, it's pretty nuts. Holds bosses everytime and gives build up 53% of the time. The activation time on char is about half a second so this has minimal impact on attack chains dps. Firing off a critical double-proc'd double build-up Crushing Uppercut is really a beautiful thing.

After reading this thread I slotted my single target hold with will of the controller proc and i was shocked/surprised how often it fired. At my level (18) its adding a significant amount of damage for me.
I am thinking of buying the ghost widow, decimation, posi and lock down proc from paragon market if they use the same formula as the ATIO procs. Can someone just confirm this is the case before I splash out?
