I can confirm this, we noticed it last night when we ran the trial. With how easy, albeit extremely tedious, the trial is it's no big deal however.

Does anyone else think that the WTF rotation is badly screwed up? We get respecs FAR more often than anything else, and they're among the worst designed TF's in the game, at least blueside. The treespec's just fine, the TV respec sucks badly. Why do we always get at least one, frequently two of them per month???

COH has just been murdered by NCSoft. http://www.change.org/petitions/ncso...city-of-heroes

Respec trials come up so often because they do their best to keep the red and blue WSTs "equivalent" to each other. With villains having so few WST options, any given SF or trial is going to come up a lot (especially with the three different versions of each respec trial counting as separate WSTs). And when that's a treespec, blueside gets Terra Volta.

Again.

FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.

It may also be that people have a rather difficult time putting together a respec team(both because people hate it and because it isn't max level content) so they made sure it comes up often so that people can get respecs when they need them.

As an aside, the hero respec may have a boring end room, but the villain one is a pain if there is any trouble because of the "slightly too fast" respawn of the vines.
I would gladly do the hero respec trial over the villain one, and this is coming from somebody who prefers most villain content over hero content.

I can confirm this as well. Ran a 4 sized multiboxing team yesterday and used all coolant charges (6*20) available and the health bar didnt budge on the core. I ran the mission 3 times and failed every atempt since the coolents weren't working.

Defiant to the last!

Also they are treated as 3 seperate trials, making the chance that it is at least 1 of them much higher.

Part of the rationale behind the WSTs was to encourage players to run the less popular TFs/SFs. It shouldn't be necessary that every time a specific SF is the redside WST that the blueside one needs to be the same.
There are still both TFs and SFs that are very rarely run but never form a WST.

Mind of Gaia lvl 50 Defiant's first Mind/Storm 'troller.
Deadly Doc 50 Dark/Dark Corr
and lots more on Pinnacle,Union and Defiant

The developers said they intentionally looked for TFs/SFs with opposite alignment equivalents.
There are no WSTs that are not neutral or have a version on both sides, by design.

I forgot why they did it, but it is the way it is intentionally.
