A simple suggestion for street hunt woes
I think it would be ok but part of those missions are the hunting i looked for clock work for 30 minutes in steel around my level took a while. I am not complaining its just how those missions are never really liked the kill 30 or 40 missions or even the low level 20 as well. This may be off topic a bit but a mission you could only get by street sweeping would be cool. Example a few skulls are standing around taking about how there going to get caught if there not out of there soon. defeat the small group all of them even if one gets away you don't get mission. on the last one he tells you the location of the warehouse or what ever there planing. instant mission this can also be done at other times like a few goons standing guard out side a building sewer ect.. You see these would be random and based off the foe you defeat

Well, they do have somewhat-designated areas. The 5th Column/Council is, to me, the biggest issue, though - they should have designated "one faction only" areas.
I'd say (other than that) trim down the really large street hunts from 30-40-50-more, first. If they're still an issue, then do something like the OP.
Wanted: Origin centric story arcs.
If you've only played an AT once (one set combo) and "hate" it - don't give up. Roll a different combo. It may just be those sets not clicking for you.
The worst hunts are Croatoa. Kelly Nemmers' arc.
You get two hunts for Fir Bolg and Red Caps.
The minute you get them all but a couple groups of each in very specific areas are despawned.
Yes, despawned. I've gone and stood in front of a mob that's despawned the minute I took the mish.
Or a timer that "encourages" certain groups to spawn where you need them? Like if a spawn point can give Fir Bolg, Council or Nemesis and you need a Council hunt, it'll "weight" the spawns there for council as you get into range?
I don't know if that'd work or not.
Because the 5th Column are filthy killstealers.
Because the Carnival somehow manages to infest Peregrine Island while at the same time being championship-level hide-and-seek players.
Because when you're looking for a specific group, it suddenly disappears from where it always spawns.
So, idea. In the wake of Atlas Park revamp, implement "designated villain areas" in each zone, essentially creating small pockets of quickly-spawning mobs of a specific group, unaffected by zone events, much like the Vahzilok sewer, Arachnos Pylon neighborhood or Hellion hostages. Populate them with mobs of all ranks, enabling players to not only find a specific group for a hunt mission, but also for badge hunting.
