Clean up the serial code list
Oh, THAT thing. Thanks for reminding me that festering little snot-slimed piece of code existed ¬¬ I HATE that thing...

Yeah, that could use some cleanup. Fairly useless list.
Wanted: Origin centric story arcs.
If you've only played an AT once (one set combo) and "hate" it - don't give up. Roll a different combo. It may just be those sets not clicking for you.
They could change it so it looks like
GR 2 Retail
19 Perks
etc
and just make it incease the number instead of listing
perk
perk
perk
etc

I don't think they should do that because they list out the separate serial codes that are used to provide the boxes/perks.

Besides, I would rather them list out exactly what I bought, separately, to have an actual purchase history. Having them say "you bought 6 server transfers" says nothing; it says nothing about what I spent on them, or when I bought them; that is not a purchase history.

I absolutely agree with this. There is about zero excuse for the line items to not be more descriptive. None. Except laziness.
Then again, the forum login bug is still here, so...
/zing?
//Yeah, goin' with 'zing!'.
August 31, 2012. A Day that will Live in Infamy. Or Information. Possibly Influence. Well, Inf, anyway. Thank you, Paragon Studios, for what you did, and the enjoyment and camaraderie you brought.
This is houtex, aka Mike, signing off the forums. G'night all. - 10/26/2012
Well... perhaps I was premature about that whole 'signing off' thing... - 11-9-2012
Add it to the long list of things that need to be fixed. . .

True, i was thinking along the lines of having the number clickable so when you want to find out, click the x and a pop up displays the information about those perks/retail etc.

my thought was about saving space/making the page look a bit more tidy.
but hey ho i'm sure there's other idea's they could use.

That would be acceptable, but the NCsoft web team is so incompetent I wouldn't want to do anything fancy that has the possibility of breaking.

They have a web-team? I thought they just left some monkeys in the office during the day and slung whatever they smashed out on the keyboards up as 'productive activity'...

No, I'm actually not kidding. The NC web stuff is TRIPE, in an internet filled with bad UI designs and shoddy work. No, I can't code or do UI stuff myself, but if I was being paid to do it I'd at least make sure the damn stuff was GOOD.
Not monkey dross.

I'm sorry, but this is just not acceptable:
It's never actually been acceptable, honestly; I have just dealt with it because you weren't taking my money very often for non-subscription things.
However, now you're asking us to spend money regularly outside (or instead) of our subscription. I am just fed up with it now in combination with the lack of transparency with Paragon Market purchase history (at least we know when we get our points) and Paragon Rewards token history.
The only reason why I know what the disc release codes are is judging by the date of application compared to what releases came out around that time. I have no idea what most of those perks are; some of them are the super boosters and some are convention costume codes; others are server transfers, renames, and I think one respec.
I *know* ya'll know what I bought at the time, because every item in the NCsoft store/ingame store had a separate item code to apply to the account. It's also visible in the GvE item pack and the Wedding pack, whose names are very clearly marked.
Do you know how stupid this makes your billing system look?
