according to the wiki the form empowerment ATO for khelds grants the following:
normal:
3% dmg resist (human form)
9% dmg buff (nova form)
80.25 max hp (dwarf form)
superior:
5% dmg resist (human form)
13.5% dmg buff (nova form)
107 max hp (dwarf form)
Does it matter where you slot this enhancement, or does it provide it's effect no matter where it is?

Any recommendations on which power to put the set?
The last slot is a bit of a waste to 6 slot.
I stick the global bonus in a power I don't use.
I put mine in Bright Nova Bolt...a power I use rarely if ever.
Can someone give me the exact HP, Res and damage bonus values for the superior and none superior kheldian grace?
