Small fix for Peacebringers

The small improvement would be to have Reform Essence also grant a 10 second Break Free effect. All this would do is keep your PB from faceplanting the first time a Boss mezzes it. It's not mez resistance or an instant win. It's really just a second chance that fades after ten seconds. It's something that a weak Blaster, half-Scrapper should logically have since PB-human-form combat is almost always melee, where a mez is usually the end of the battle vs a Boss and some Lts.

Of course I have adjusted to carrying a tray-full of Break-Frees, as most players do, so giving Reform Essence a 10 second Break Free effect is more of a quality of life improvement.

Have not seen a request like this since they made Dwarf form an auto break free.

The development team and this community deserved better than this from NC Soft. Best wishes on your search.

Then this really would be just a quality of life improvement. A way to try to battle on in human-form. Scrappy fighter.

i22 is already giving Reform Essence an untouchable period.

Your wish is granted.

EDIT: Curses, you said Reform, not Restore. Nevermind me.

I actually kind of agree with this. Can we add the same thing to Stygian Circle?

I agree with that. But... how about both? Let Nova be a breakfree ish thing by letting you use the first two powers while mezzed too.

On second thought leave everything just the way it is. I retract my suggestion. And the squid does fine, or did anyway. I haven't had the slots to spare for the squid in years.

The Peacebringer is perfect!

I see the makings of a troll...

All he needs to do now is suggest that Peacebringers should be set up like a blaster or a scrapper, and he'll have made the transition from "maybe a troll" to "full-fledged troll"...

Wait, he did already... I rest my case. :P

This.

Amusing to see a more subtle attempt at this fallacy rather the usual straight-out assertion of infallibility and attacks on others with more recent join dates.

On the subject at hand - I really don't see how this sort of thing would be necessary at all given that you've already got White Dwarf and Light Form available, plus breakfrees, plus Clarion. Not to mention that adding this extra effect is likely a nontrivial change and therefore beyond the scope of your usual QoL change.

Seconded... thirded? Nova really could use the help, and this would be a big part of it. And Light Form's mez protection doesn't apply to this argument, as the 6-38 stretch is a big one, not to mention Light Form's downtime for many builds. And Warshades not having anything until Clarion.

I would be cool with giving Nova some variation of Defiance but the catch would have to be that Dark Sustenance no longer works in Nova form, and I'm not sure if that's worth it for the level up phase.

My top suggestion for making Nova relevant is making Quasar (and the inferior Kheldian's nuke) into a crashless Nova form power doing comparable damage to the Dual Pistols nuke. Once shortened animations and toggle suppression happen (they will happen ,) you'd be a fool not to take Nova.

I've toyed with Kheld builds in the past, but to me it always seems to be a case of making a Tri-Form isn't easy. Sure, I know not all builds are MEANT to be easy, but when you have an epic AT you expect EPICNESS! I know Tri-Forms exisit, as do good ones, but it's not easy making them.

My own fix for Khelds is simple. Make the Nova and Dwarf forms start with all their powers 2-slotted.

Extra slots means your not dividing the ones you get from leveling up so thin, and it'll let you make a more epic feeling AT.

Then agian I am not an expert in all things Kheld, so someone else would need to say if it could end up too overpowered in the wrong (right?) hands.

Been quite some time since I have seen this level of misunderstanding expressed about the AT.

I agree with this simply because, as the game mechanics are currently set up, Kheldians will get very few of the very impressive benefits granted by 4th, 5th, and especially 6th IO from IO sets.

I am not having any problems with my Peacebringer in PVE, but I am not using the flying space amoeba (Nova). If I add the Amoeba it's either worthless or makes the other two forms worthless and with about nothing from IO sets.

I like the Nova Nuke idea...that or Add in a chain induction style power for some more AoE Goodness :3

I really wish I could get a power like that outside of /elec/ and judgment.

(based off the quantum entanglement theory :P )
