Dmg procs in pets?
Hey I haven't built many masterminds and when I have they have been for pvp but I always tried to go for all out hitpoints, does anyone know if dmg procs are worth slotting in pets at all?

Still on the Lich, only 1 of 6 of his attacks has a heal property. Slotting a Touch of Nictus proc would suck as it will only roll when the Lich uses Life Drain.
Checkout all your pet attacks including the 1st and 2nd pet buff powers. Also factor in if the attack is an AoE which would give a proc more opportunity to trigger. I hope that makes sense.
Some people find damage procs a little more suited to the first tier of pets, especially if you can maximize the number of attacks the proc will go off from. Their damage is consistent, so giving each of the three a chance to fire it off in a majority of their attacks can be a good boost. It's the reason Interface is so good for Masterminds, since Interface works with every damage power each one of your pets uses.
Merc - put both Negative damage and -resistance debuff procs, and put chance for smashing knock back in Commando (he can trigger with 3 aoe attacks and slug)
Ninja - put both negative and -resistance in Jounins and slot Genins with purple build up proc (since Genins attack the most frequently of all MM pets)
Robot - put chance for smashing knockback set in tier 1 and assault robot
Thug - put both negative damage and -resistance in Enforcers
Demon - put chance for smashing slow set in Demon Prince
Necro - put chance for negative damage in Lich and -resist proc in Grave Knight
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

I'd give Grave Knights the Lady Grey negative damage proc as well as the -resist one.
The chance for smashing knockback in tier 1 robots only has a chance to fire on one of their (three?) attacks, which although not useless isn't as attractive as most of the other proc slottings mentioned here - you may have other things that would be more valuable in that slot (e.g. one of the def or res aura uniques).
I'd be torn with Enforcers as to whether to slot the procs, or use the slots to enhance their defense (Maneuvers). It'd depend somewhat on my secondary.
Agree with most of this, with a few exceptions:

As for Grave Knight, I find that they don't use broadswords enough. It's a shame that they didn't give GK Accurate Tohit Debuff because they use Dark Blast attacks way more often. I would put negative proc from ATD set.

I haven't played Robots for a long time. I thought tier one Robot has two attacks that can knock back? If it's just one, then use it for pet unique.

And for Grave Knight, although they maybe don't use the broadswords quite as often as Jounin use their Katanas, I find they still use them enough to make it worth slotting that extra Lady Grey - it's not like there's a lot else to slot that'd be more useful (maybe the buildup proc I guess).
I find the Jounins tend to kill their target too quickly for the Achilles Heel proc to make much of a difference. I might give them the Lady Gray proc, though, just to add another damage type. (Negative).
When adding a damage proc, you've got to ask yourself whether a 20% (due to the proc firing 20% of the time and presumably doing as much damage as a small attack would have done) increase in overall damage is worth a slot. If instead, you could simply add another damage enhancement to bring your base damage up by 21% or more, then that would probably be a wiser option.
Another note, the way that the Soulbound CFBU proc works is by checking its chance to fire against every target hit by every attack fired, making it stellar on the Assault Bot who spews massive AoEs constantly.

I24 Proc Chance = (Enhanced Recharge + Activation Time) * (Current PPM * 1.25) / 60*(1 + .75*(.15*Radius - 0.011*Radius*(360-Arc)/30)) Single Target Radius = 0. AoE Non-Cone Arc = 360.
