I thought so. Then the comment that I quoted confuses me.

Well, rogues don't earn less XP per defeat, or per mission, or per whatever task you want to compare. The point rsclark seemed to be making was that if you have a rogue and a villain, and the villain gets better rewards, you might end up playing the villain character more, and so the villain completes more tasks and thus gains more levels.

I still don't see any explanation for why a villain would get better rewards. Other than the alignment merits it should be identical.

In fact, to me, it seems the opposite -- the Tourist (Rogue or Vigilante, as the case may be) has MORE opportunities for stuff, since all teams on either side of the fence are open to them. That's the reason I take my most-loved toons to the middle -- if someone announces a TF or SF, I can play it on that toon regardless of alignment. For the "pure" alignments, you're out of luck.

This is exactly the reason most of my characters are vigil/rogue. I keep a few characters hero to get alignment merits, but I find that at most I can do 10 tips per day without becoming totally bored, so any more pure characters is a waste for me.

Didn't see this answered, my main character I love to switch back and fourth to do missions and badges. I have always wanted to make a solo SG base but how would this effect side switching? If I was the leader of my SG and I side switched, what would happen?

The next person in line of succession in the SG would become supreme leader. You would still be a member, but would have no access to your base.

As long as you don't join another SG your original SG will remain intact and when you return to your original alignment you would be able to enter your base again. If you were the only member, you would regain supreme leader status.

So if I was the only member I wouldn't lose my base? Could I form a SG on the opposite side too?

I think Fear Incarnate is a better power than Call to Battle, but I agree, on Brutes and Dominators Frenzy truly is amazing.

Really? A power that affects ONLY minions and underlings (for 10s/15s) is better than an AOE buff that gives +40% Damage and +10% To Hit for 30 seconds?

Yuck, no thanks, completely useless IMO. I'll take Call to Justice over that any time (but I agree, Frenzy is clearly the class of that group).
