50,000,000 Prestige: Charter Member
100,000,000 Prestige: Signature Member
And with the 100 million badge that character gets an exception to the "no /AH in base" rule.
This should take LOTS of spare inf off the market.

Is it tracked *now* across SGs?
If not, I'd have to say no. It would be thoroughly unfair to badgers who have moved to other servers, or left to help others start a SG, or who go and design bases for others (which would require SG hopping.) Not to mention just plain inaccurate. Given it resets to zero now, I don't think it is.
If so, I don't really care. (I don't really care either way, all I see is something else that will be farmed for, just so someone can claim to have a higher number of badges than someone else, really.)
Wanted: Origin centric story arcs.
If you've only played an AT once (one set combo) and "hate" it - don't give up. Roll a different combo. It may just be those sets not clicking for you.

It would probably make more sense for there to be a personal "total individual Prestige generated for -any- SG" series of character badges. That way they'd work pretty much exactly like the personal Influence badges and there wouldn't be any question of whether or not such badges would have to reset to zero if you ever switched SGs or not.
Having said that I think it's far, far too late for there ever to be such a series of badges added to the game. This kind of badge series was actually suggested quite a bit back around when SG bases were first introduced to the game. Now that it's been so many years after the fact where this data has -not- been tracked it would suck to have lost all that effort towards these badges. Basically this was a missed opportunity for badges that would now make little sense.
As mentioned by Hyperstrike and Stormbird the only thing such a series of badges would do now is encourage a few badgers to "farm" 50 billion INF in the markets in order to "buy" the top Prestige badge. Case in point I myself have over 50 billion of INF lying around across all of my characters right now. It would simply take me whatever time it'd take to funnel all that INF back through my main badging character (via the INF to Prestige conversion) to have the top Prestige badge fairly instantly.
Like I said badges like these might have made sense 6 years ago. Now, they would be semi-pointless. *shrugs*

And why NOT allow people to buy it? There's way, WAY too much free Inf in the in-game economy. Allowing people to burn it for this badge would be a relatively harmless way of siphoning some of that off.

I really like the idea of a prestige badge(s), if not a running total for each individual toon then maybe an account wide badge(s) for total player prestige. Either way or maybe even both, I see nothing wrong with awarding this badge(s).
I would like a badge for the amount of Prestige I've earned my SG.

Yes, that's fine. The healing I've given others is thier own HP, and the mentoring I've done is thier XP. Those are also badges.
Running in SG mode slows my acquisition of the Inf Earned series of badges, and frankly, the Inf is its' own reward anyway.
I just think that this would be a fine thing. If you change SGs, the counter would not reset to zero, as it's a measure of Prestige earned, not who is recieving it.
I like to run the Prestige counter up high, just to have the most in the SG. I like the number "1 million" right there and think that it should be one of the tiers in a "Prestige Generated" series of badges.
