TPN Broadening it Adverts to Primal?

Running through Faultline earlier on the way to stop my evil double, and lo and behold I see the oddest advertisement:



Has Tyrant decided to expand his media empire cross dimensionally? Because if so, NBC could make a KILLING in Muppet Earth.

That is one of the winning advertisements done by players a few months ago, which can be seen in a number of zones in-game.

Thanks for finding this, been looking for where this one was for quite sometime now -- it was done by a member of my SG, and we're very proud of her artistic efforts.

It's a very nice advertisement, very well done and very pretty (had to turn my antique computer's graphics up for this shot though.) Let your SG mate know awesome job.

It's not the "TPN" you're thinking of -- in our dimension, "TPN" is "The Paragon Network" (at least in her version of the ad).

Right on then, here's a closer look.

Must be one of those specialty cable channels, like BBCAmerica. Half of it is native Praetorian programming, and the rest is Star Trek reruns.

Well, the ad is clearly working, Primals have been flocking to the TPN campus like teen fangirls! I don't know the exchange rate between Paragon dollars and Praetoria Colebucks (?), but the money spent on that ad has to have paid for itself already!

The truth is that, as part of his recent massive propaganda campaign, Emperor Cole signed a contract with Comcast and Dish Network to get TPN broadcast in Paragon City anyway. There was some pushback, of course, in allowing a channel that promotes the obliteration of Primal Earth as one of its core values, but Cole managed to successfully argue that Jersey Shore already gets aired, despite being a far better reason to submit to the WarWalkers than any he could provide on his own anyway.

This has been there since they placed them in-game. I think there were even /bugs filed, and threads made. You see how well it worked... o.o

The good news is: You don't have to go/have access to Praetoria to see it. The bad new is: Nobody goes to Faultline. Like the revamp done to The Hollows, it didn't really do anything.

It is very strange that they chose that one for Faultline and I have no clue why except for the theory that Emperor Cole is being sneaky.

The ones I did for Primal were PCN instead of TPN for Paragon City News, a la so. The other versions are posted on my DA page if you're interested in them too.

I love running into the other billboards around the city. It was a lot of fun coming up with the idea and so cool to see people notice them.

Does anyone have a list of the billboards that are player created and where they might be?
