Well, then you need to be more engaged in the onscreen alert. It tells you when the Seedling spawns. I *THINK* the Seedling remains spawned for 20 seconds. |

You're correct on this point. I got this badge on my first UG trial which was pretty much unbridled chaos during the final fight. We weren't even thinking about badges, and we barely finished the final fight. I'd recommend simply running the trial a couple times, and see if you can get the badge "by accident."|

Really, three of the four 'master' badges for the UG trial can be attained relatively easily by simply running with a solid team. Only Preservation Specialist (the bomb badge) requires careful planning and execution.

Finally had enough clarion to feel comfortable holding back on the avatar until the seedling spawned. Got the MoUGT for the whole league in one pass.

The Avatar Assassin Badge is presumed to be awarded for defeating the Seedling and the Avatar at the same time. Although this doesn't seem like it should be that hard, there are some details about this seedling that I don't know and would like to know.
Maybe some of you know the answer and could share it with the rest of us.
When does the seedling spawn? I see the text come across my screen, but I'm typically more engaged in making sure my confuse protection is good and then defeating the avatar. Badges are great, but success is more important. However, if I knew more about the seedling, I might be in better position to arrange for its defeat as the avatar goes down.
Is the seedling along the lines of a Boss level, or Elite Boss level target? AV?
I suspect that this is a badge that we get almost by accident - the longer this fight with the avatar goes on, the more chances someone gets confused or gets caught up in a WotE and doesn't get away from the group.
Anyone have some insight? I'd like to add the pursuit of this badge in addition to the rest of them so that everyone can get as many shinies as possible.
